Online Service
I placed the order online but I have not heard any more regarding the order for the portapotties. I hope that I hear before our event. It was nice to be able to do this online and get things set up.

Emma, I appreciate your feedback. We were unable to drop the unit in the rear as our trucks will get suck in the rear yards being over 5 tons. So the unit was placed on a hard surface where the truck could reach. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Stay away from these people once they get your credit card number they will just start charging you they tried to Bill me almost $5,000 and I have not received any services from them

Afternoon, I apologize that you are not satisfied with your experience but wanted to clear up your rental experience with a couple of details. I see the order on July 6th and a formal order change about the availability that we do not offer the discount tonnage concrete rate in your service area. We offered the standard dumpster at the outlined price structure for both units and stated our earliest delivery would be 7/14. From that you e-mailed us acceptance. On Monday (7/11) you called to cancel the order, which was processed per the cancel policy at 50% for both dumpster units. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Not a good experience
Not a good experience, I ordered the portable restroom on 6/22/22 online to be delivered on 7/1 or the next business day which was 7/5, and the pickup date to be that Friday, July 8th. This was for a pool installation and when my crew arrived on the job site in the late afternoon of 7/5 there was no restroom there. I have been on the phone with customer service at least 5 times to get a refund as I had to get a different company to deliver a restroom asap. No one has been able to help me or tell me what happened. The restroom was either delivered on 7/1 and picked up on 7/5 before my crew arrived or not delivered at all. I would like my money refunded. I scheduled for it to be picked up on 7/8 so I feel like if it was picked up early, that is on the company to make this right.

Lindsey, I appreciate your review. For this location we used a third party that stated they made the delivery. Due to that 3rd party involvement it took longer to process the claim. It was determined that the driver delivered to the wrong address and thus the rental was processed out as a full refund on 7/20. My apologies for this oversight with the driver error on making the delivery to the wrong address. Sincerely, Team ASAP

Frustrated
I have had 3 units on my project which were delivered weeks after the date that was scheduled. One unit has not been cleaned since 07.01.22. All of the units were supposed to have hand cleaner and they did not. I have reached out multiple times to get the issues resolved and noting has come out of it.

I was mostly satisfied with your service…
I was very satisfied with your service with one exception. The port-a-jon was delivered on Thurs. not Fri. like I requested. It was only by pure chance that I was there when it was delivered. If I hadn't been, it would have sat at the end of the road, unlocked, for anyone to use for 24 hrs. That is unacceptable! Keep in mind, I live an hrs. drive away from there.

Joe, I appreciate your rental review. In an effort to keep up with the busiest time of year for us, our deliveries are pulling double duty on truck routes. When we are in limited areas we will deliver early at no extra fee, so that way we can ensure you get your unit at the site on time. With your review feedback we will look at ways to alert customer's in this type of situation. We also offer the lock-kit option so that in this scenario the unit is secured for only intended users.
