Did not recieve email confirming order....got a call back saying to deliver on date specified it would be an additional chg. And had to agree on phone or it would not be delivered on date specified...very poor. When asked when they could deliver info was not available.....sorry i do not do business that way.....

Ordered lift online for drop off date of 6/12, I had been told that 6/13 was probably the earliest they could do which was fine. On the 14th I was notified by POC that it had not been delivered, so I called and was told I would receive a call back. I called 5 times that day and only received a call back after asking for a manager. The dumpster was never delivered that day and no one could tell us when it would be, no discount was offered for our time and loss of production. We cancelled the dumpster that afternoon after finding another solution, then the next morning a dumpster was delivered even thought it was cancelled. The gentleman who helped me make sure the dumpster was picked up and we were not charged was great and a big help, otherwise the lack of information and inability to get information was unprofessional.

Overall our experience was very good. They showed up on time and there were no issues with delivery. The portable toilet should have been serviced last week but no one came out, so its a bit smelly. Other than that we were pleased with Arwood. Thanks Jeff
