It was easy and uncomplicated to reserve and order the trailered restroom for daughrer's wedding. Also their prices were very reasonable.

I ordered a porta potty on June 16, 2018 for July 4, 2018 it ran me $313.00 for one day that was fine but then on the 18th they called me telling me that the price went up to $413.00 due to fuel and service.they had the address to where it was being delivered at the time i ordered and i was already charged $76.00 for fuel and $39.00 for delivery. This is a case of price gouging and I do not recommend Arwood Waste to anyone if I could upload the bill as proof i would but please believe me they do not conduct business fairly

Terrible company to do business with! No communication and unprofessional customer service! I run a business and I expect when someone tells me that something is going to get done, that it actually gets done! What company actually drops a port-a-potty on a military base without making contact first? It could be anywhere at this point! I will not call them for any type of business in the future!

this company did not fulfill the originally agreement than charged me extra by not sending what I had ordered. The people I spoke to kept changing there story and were very rude. Would stay away from this company.
