Customer service was the worst I have found lately. I called several days in a row trying to get a dumpster and an extra port a potty with no success. They told me I would get a dumpster on a Tuesday, so at 4pm. I called and said I nerver got my dumpster and the dispatch lady told me that there days were from 7am until 7pm. So your day is not over. I called the next morning and told her that I did not have a dumpster and she said I got an email saying you got one. I told her I did not. So she said let me follow up and I will get back with you. I never heard back from her on the dumpster or the port a potty. The following Monday the potty company shows up with a potty. That was one week later. I called the company this morning and told them to come pick up both of the port a potty’s. I did not need them anymore. Also told them to not charge me for the second one. Guess what they were out within 4 hours to pick the potty’s up. Took a week to deliver. Not a happy camper.

Good Afternoon! My name is Michael, and I'm one of the managers here. I do apologize for any issues you had with your rental, on behalf of Arwood Waste. Yours was an atypical experience, as we pride ourselves on our timely deliveries, as well as our excellent customer service. There is no excuse for what happened, however, we're only human, and unfortunately accidents do happen. If you're willing to give us another chance to make this right, I would be happy to offer you a discount. We would hate to lose you as a customer. Please feel free to get back to me directly with any questions you might have. Thank you, and have a wonderful rest of your day.
