arwood waste On May 7, 2018, I ordered a 20 Ton dumpster from Arwood Waste via their website. The advertised price was to be $638.34 - to cover • Base Rate: $199 per unit (included) • Delivery: $59 per unit (included) • Tons Included: 3 tons at $97 per ton • Usage: 10 days (included) • Prorated Fuel, Environmental and City Fees: $248.93 per unit (included) • Removal Fee: $75.00 20% friends and family discount This was paid right away. The dumpster was delivered about 4 days later - on May 11, due to wet ground, but that was fine - I understand they don't want to get stuck. On May 14 I called and asked them to pick it up, as I was ready for pickup. They didn't come and get it, so I called again a few days later and asked them to pick it up, and they still didn't. They ended up picking it up almost a month later. Then I got a bill for $98.00 with no explanation, which I paid I got the bill, labelled 30 days past due and also recieved emails basically saying I better pay my over due bill now or else. How can a bill be overdue when I just got it? Then I got a bill for $140.00 for Demurrage, which I paid over the phone. At that point, I though I was done, having paid a total of $876.34. I don't think the charge for Demurrage was fair because its not my fault they didn't come pick it up after I called and asked them to, but such is life. Then I got a bill for $360.18 for removal and C&D, whatever that is, which I paid So a $638.34 dumpster (as advertised on thier website) ended up costing me over a thousand dollars :(. $1236.52 to be exact. So, my overall experience with this company is BAD!!!! The dumpster delivery was professional, but everything else was a muddled mess. They should tell customers pricing up front :(. Over $600 in hidden charges is not a good way to do business.

I've requested a 15 yrd roll off dumpster and was told it was going to be delivered on 7-10-18 and as of today 7-12-18 no dumpster has been delivered. I've called multiple times and can not get an answer, I've even contacted my rep and no reply from him either. My workers are having to put the trash in the garage for now. So now I'm going to have to pay them extra to move the trash from the garage to the dumpster when or if it arrives.

Contacted this company two weeks prior to a special function to get two Portable toilets delivered to a camp site. Was told they could do it, they took my payment info and sent a confirmation email. The confirmation email had the WRONG location for drop off. I called again to verify location, was told I’d get a confirmation email. No email showed up. Here I am the day of the function, no toilets. I call company, they said they sent out an email 4 days ago telling me they couldn’t provide the service. Never received such email. Customer service was horrible, they offered a number which they said was a local number to help me but the number had been disconnected.

I ordered a toilet for this weekend for a youth baseball end of the year party. I was given a comfermation # I gave them my card number and address everything was fine. I got an email 8 HRs later saying sorry they over booked. Now everywhere I call wants to charge extra due to short notice. If this company would have just said no they didn’t have anything I could have made the deadline and not had to pay extra. Very disappointing! Not that anyone is going to read this or make it right. Not ever going to recommend this company to anyone. My work uses tones of portable toilets and so do I on my river property. Will not use or my company use this company.

They answered all my questions when I called and were very friendly and happy to help with my last minute request.

Easy to order! Clean and delivered in a timely manner. Very good experience I would definitely recommend them.
