Ordered a port-a-potty for a family function and they never delivered it.

I booked an upscale portable restroom trailer from Arwood Waste for my wedding. They were extremely difficult to work with, which should have gave me warning that they would not show when it came to delivery day. The 6 months leading up to the wedding I had asked for pictures of the interior of the trailer so I could make sure it was what I was looking for. I got several rude and helpful responses from their team, telling me that they could not send me photos and expressing annoyance in me asking for them. After several email exchanges I called the company and spoke to someone who sent me some pictures, all was good so I went ahead and booked them. The week leading up to the wedding I called several times to get a time frame of when they would get delivered. The night before delivery someone finally told me it would be between the hours of 7am-noon. On delivery day I got a call at 10am and they told me THEY DID NOT HAVE A TRAILER AND WOULD NOT BE COMING. The man said he had been working on getting the trailer working for several days (it had an electrical problem) but they could not fix it. They should have called me sooner so I could make other arrangements. I had 200 people showing up for an 8 hour event and no bathrooms. He suggested regular porta potty options that were not comparable, but those were the only options available since it was a busy weekend in June and everyone within a 4 hour radius of us had their luxury porta potty trailers completely booked out. I would never work with this company again and highly advise everyone else to find other options for your needs. This company is completely unreliable and they have poor customer service.

Great customer service + quick turnaround on communications. A bit pricey in comparison to other companies in the state, but reasonable for the distance to drive + to support a family business. Thanks!

Their service for picking up dumpsters is good, but their billing dept and customer service is not the greatest. They outsource for a couple of months for two of our locations, then all of sudden told me they do not service one of the areas anymore. Well, come to find out they never paid the guy they outsourced but we paid them. They call when we aren't past due, try to charge us for interest charges because they state we are late when we aren't. They call when they have an issue receiving money, but when try to call them to research an issue or have accounting contact you, it takes a couple of people and a week or two for someone to get back to you. Sorry, not a good way to do business!

Friendly and efficient phone staff, toilet arrived as scheduled, clean as can be and supplied with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, stable set up. We used this port-a-potty for a large family reunion gathering and it made the local home owners who are on septic systems very happy! Thank you!
