Renisa with Arwood Waste Team was pleasant, great customer service, and followed back up through the entire delivery. Would definitely recommend and will be contacting Renisa again if needed. Thank you very much for the quick response and follow through during our emergency shutdown. It is stressful when you do not have building water for a 34-story high-rise office tower building and need Toilets in a hurry! :) Renisa thanks for getting them onsite in a hurry.

Have not used service yet, just booked my rental. Staff is friendly, but not as responsive as I’d like.

Very friendly and thorough. Shelby was such a great help. She followed up and responded quickly.

The customer service representative was nice enough and helped achieve what I called for, but they didn't sound very awake, I guess, because the voice was very monotone. Otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience, and I received a reply to my request promptly.

Told them I needed to know quickly if they could commit to a job a week out. Individual is terminal and coming home for hospice. They never once contacted me other than to acknowledge receipt of pics. I called 7 times and emailed. They could of said no or something up front. Horrible customer service. Individual may have to go to nursing home now until we can get it done with another company

I'm new to the area and I am hoping that everything goes smoothly because they are the only company I can find that will do residential pick up at my home. four stars for now until the first pick up... I already had Service setup through another reputable company and they never showed up and could never find a record of having set up service at my home. Then told me they don't pick up here...

Becka was direct, but yet polite and professional! This is the first time that we are using them and this is the start of the project. When I called Becka back to initiate service, the girl that answered was short and rude. She did take my name and #, that's it...….not professional or pleasant AT ALL

Very friendly and helpful customer service representative. Reasonable prices
