Ordered porta potties for my wedding 9/22. I ordered over 6 months in advance. They were promised the day before the wedding, 9/21 by 7pm. Called the day of to confirm this, girl on phone said they were on track. Toilets NEVER CAME. I had to mad rush to find toilets the DAY OF MY WEDDING. Thankfully I did and they were half the price of Arwood. Then, a month after my wedding, I was charged full price, $427 for toilets that never came. It is now two months later and no refund. I have called three times. I do not recommend to anyone. Period.

Just starting out with Arwood. Everyone has been very professional and they answered all my questions. I am very pleased so far.

I have been waiting since December 12 for my trash can to arrive. Everyday it is promised but not delivered.

Renisa was very easy to work with and easy to get in contact with in the booking process. My event isn't for a few months so I can't comment on the product yet.
