Don't do business with this company! Scheduled dumpster for major cleanout with 8 family members driving 4 hours to help load dumpster. Called me the day before to say they couldn't deliver and left me scrambling to find another at the last minute. Customer service very rude and just didn't care. Unreliable and unprofessional! Avoid at all costs

Easy and delightful customer service. Thank you

We tried several rental places but none had any porta potties to rent. Then we lucked out with AW. The only draw back I had was that after giving us a quote for one price they called the next day to say that we had to pay an additional price of $45.00. Other than that we have nothing bad to say about them. Have not received the porta potty yet so don't know how good it is. The person I talked to at AW was very professional.

I am a disabled 70 yo widow, live w just service dog, and have two to three small bags of rubbish a week. Last company charged $45 for three months collecting weekly. These guys want $187.50 quarterly but REQUIRE a yearly contract! That’s $750 a year! I live on social security only as Wall Street took our savings and home in the Great Recession of 2008. Why on earth is pickup so expensive? I am angry, frustrated, and tired of being ripped off!
