Excellent and devoted customer service. I found Arwood Waste through a Google search, and I am so glad I did. It is not always easy organizing an out of town jobsite for a new customer. Bekah was amazing and attentive to helping us locate the proper address and coordinates for our jobsite, and I really appreciate the promptness to our needs. When we needed last minute help securing the proper equipment for our job, they really knocked it out of the park. Will always reach out to them first in the future.

Very simple and easy to order!

Arwood is the best. customer service is great. never had a problem

so far very disappointing. I called to get a price on a port a potty, gave the zip code and was quoted 1 price. The next day I called to actually order it and they quoted me a higher price. I went ahead and ordered it. Was disappointed that would take 2 days to receive it. Then I got an email and the address was wrong, the street name was misspelled. So I called and talked to a girl who said she corrected it. Then on the day it was to be delivered, I got another email and the address is still wrong. I hope they get the delivery right today. As I'm writing this, my coworker is listening to a message that came in this morning about an hour ago saying that they don't service the area we are requesting. Really!? It took them 2 days to figure that out!!! And of course, I have been charged on my credit card!! So annoyed!!

Since first pickup has not yet occurred it is too soon to evaluate pickup service. However, I was a bit confused about projected pickup dates. I was told on the phone that the target date was July 26th, then an email said my preferred start date was July 22nd. The latest email indicated that the start date is now Friday, July 26th. I paid $187.50 for services not yet rendered that I thought was unorthodox for refuge collection. I am optimist that pickup will be accurate and reliable.

Placed an order over the phone, they took my information, credit card and stated it would be delivered tomorrow. I get a call several hours later stating that they couldn’t deliver tomorrow but for an extra fifty dollar each month they could deliver today. I said I can understand a one time fee for the service call but I don’t understand continuously. She said she just makes the phone calls. I asked to speak with a manager...after several minutes she said her manager said those were the only options, I requested the manager again... she then told me the manager went to a meeting. Such extortion!! We have several construction companies and I will be cancelling all dealings throughout all companies with Arwood

The customer service was top notch, the rep was helpful knowledge and very courteous! Arwood Waste & Demo was also the most affordable of all of the companies that I contacted! I would strongly recommend them to anyone!!

Arwood Waste worked overtime to provide us with a portable toilet. In fact, it took several conversations over several days to find one in the greater Portland Maine area in the height of summer chaos, when all other units had been spoken for months in advance. Ours was cancelled by a local vendor and we had to scramble at the last minute to provide services for a party for 115 people. Arwood came through in the 12th hour, with a phone call late in the day on Friday evening. Denise, Tamika and another guy were courteous, helpful, encouraging and persistent. They got the job done. Thank you!
