When I called, I requested a flushable unit with sink for a backyard barbecue I was having for my birthday. I had already looked up the quote on line and the price that the sales rep gave me when I called was the same price. Also, when I received the email receipt of what I ordered, the picture matched the picture that I saw online and the price matched what I saw online. However, when I arrived at home to see the unit, it was not a flushable unit, but a standard unit with a separate sink. I called to inquire and the representative that I spoke to was rude and simply stated she couldn't do anything about it. She questioned me about why I didn't call when I got the receipt and said that it was what I asked for because that is what the receipt said. I explained that it was not what I asked for and upon review noticed that the pictures for the flushable unit and the standard unit are the same on the website, as well as the prices. After getting nowhere with the sales rep, I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was told that no one would be in until Monday (it was Saturday). I asked for someone to call me on Monday, which did not happen. I will not be using them again.

Very bad & cost me an extra $150 for a crew to stand around all afternoon waiting on delivery of my dumpster. Not happy at all !!!!!!!!!! Barry McKinney Handyman Service by Barry

Easy to set up and straight forward.

Very respectful on the phone. I spoke with Monica on multiple occasions and we was very patient with me while I coordinated with my wife in different cities.

Atwood Waste was very professional, they had an unforeseen issue with the Porta potties I had ordered for my sons wedding but they made every effort to make things right. I would definitely use them again for an event.
