Great customer service, able to answer all question and very prompt at getting services to job site.

Disappointing customer service and poor delivery procedures. Waiting 8 hours at a construction site for delivery is not acceptable. A delivery window should be provided and reasonable, not 7am-7pm. Most businesses do not work 12 hour days.

So far my experience has been smooth and easy. We’ll see how skillful the driver is placing the container at my home... and I’ll be interested to see the whole transaction through to the end. But so far so good.

The scheduling process was very simple and both representatives were very nice and professional.

If I could give fewer than 1 star, I would. When I initially placed an order, I scheduled delivery of a "rolloff" for a certain day - no problem. Three days later, I am told I need to approve the wait period. They cannot provide me with an update of when the dumpster can be delivered once the wait period was approved. The various 800 and 888 numbers do not always work. Customer service representatives are ill-informed as to how processes work and unprofessional. Projects are dependent upon meeting dates and communication with local contracted vendors is terrible. Do yourself a favor and work directly with the local provider. (In WA state, you must work with one of the Waste Management partners contracted by the government.) Arwood goes to the local provider and marks up the rental charges and provides no service for that fee.

Service/delivery person and phone service people all very friendly and nice. Very clean units. Decent price but could be better.

In ordering the Porta John the representative was very helpful and pleasant in outlining all the facets of getting the item to my home. As I was not home at the time of delivery the driver called me and I directed him to where to place the Porta John. No problem and he was very cooperative and nice. Thank you all for the efficient service you provided to me in delivery and pickup!
