I received a HUGE price increase after ordered. Because of this I didn't get the next day delivery as I was promised. I was not please and won't go through this company again.

Arwood did an excellent job of pumping out the porta potty on our RV. The driver was courteous and helpful. The missing star is because they showed up a day late. There appears to be little communication between the Sales office that takes your order and Dispatch which carries it out.

It was quick and easy

This company haven't pick up my trash for the last 3 weeks and the neighbors are complaining to the City for the bad odors. I requested a credit back to my account since the bill has been paid. This is a very bad situation, for my restaurant business, I have contacted them by emails and fax, I have also speak to one of their representative. But still nobody has come to pick up the trash. Horrible service, and they want to luck you up in a 5 years contract. So you guys think it twice before hire this company.

Daughter getting married in the middle of nowhere (20 miles outside Oroville WA). Needed some sort of bathroom facilities. Given the location, there's not much available and transport costs from large cities is more than the rental. Arwood was able to provide a two stall wet bathroom trailer for a very good price, including delivery, setup, and removal. Easy to work with to set up service. Would definitely recommend their services. Christina is the person I dealt with, very knowledgeable and patient.

Billed 461$ for a portable toilet for one month. I refused to pay the incorrect amount. But still got a letter stating the intended to put a lien on my property. I regret ever doing business with them

Your service agent was very efficient, did his job well, and made sure that it was completed in a environmentally safe manner. I was surprised at the extent of the service to insure the tank was pumped out and sterilized in a manner that was truly efficient and sanitary. Thank you for this service

Absolute thievery. This will be our first and last time using Arwood Waste. We had a portable toilet onsite from 9/26 to 11/26 and they charged us for 2.71 months of use. We were charged an extra 3/4 of a month because of they way they bill. I am shocked and disgusted by their business and billing practices. Never again.
