From the time my phone call was answered the service was great. Not sure of her name that took all my info but she was understanding and made me feel very comfortable- the guy that came to pump out the camper was friendly - he called kept in touch to let us know where he was and what time he would be arriving- all around good service

I called to schedule service and was told I would receive a confirming email. After a couple of days and no confirming email, I called and was told it would be resent. Still nothing, but then a charge to my card with no communication from a local provider. When I called to get a refund I was told they could cancel my service, which never started, but no one was available that could authorize a refund. Every phone number I try leads me to a sales desk. I don't want to speak with sales. I want to speak with someone with authority. I can't imagine this company thinks they can keep my money when no service and no communication was ever provided. I called them in good faith to follow up and got nothing. Right now I am out $667 but will pursue a refund

Horrible service! If I were able to give negative stars I would. This company was used for a scouting event. A price was quoted and paid for by the scout unit. Then the company changed the price after payment. There was no reason for the increase. The scout leaders actually had to manually place the rental toilet in place because the company refused to back down the driveway because of a tree the that sat 15 feet off the road and did not obstruct the driveway. The company forced the scout unit to pay the $11 dollar difference when they should not have needed to pay. Seriously? You have to strong arm Boy Scouts to make in crapper business? Your company is ridiculous. We will NEVER and have not used this company since. We hold 12 events per year and it only took once to learn from our mistake.
