My porta potty was delivered a day early, so that was pretty cool. It is a wonderful unit. I am lucky to have one during the winter. The only reason they lost a star from me is because of their website. The online ordering process is easy, but it doesn't seem to be geared toward different usages. I have mine so I can use the bathroom until I get my well dug, but they assumed I was a business. I definitely recommend calling the company for your order.

Staff is very courteous and helpful.

The response was VERY rapid, VERY friendly phone operator. Took care of all my needs. I will definitely use them again. Many companies could take lessons from them. Wanda Wright

We contracted with Arwood for our garbage and recycling at our new residence in Tucson. After 5 months the company Arwood was working with here in Tucson decided to work with us directly. In closing our accounts at Arwood, problems in understanding the refund due to us was complicated because garbage had been billed annually and recycling was done quarterly, as well as the time of our switching over overlapped each of those cycles awkwardly. Patricia, in customer service, did a fantastic job of researching, advocating, and ultimately resolving our termination. Despite understandable initial process errors, Arwood demonstrated great customer service.

Arwood insisted on delivering our port o' potty unit on Friday afternoon for our Monday morning event as they said they couldn't promise delivery by 8am. They promised a lock and key to ensure its security and that no one would use it over the weekend. It was delivered at 8am on Friday morning with no instructions on where it should go even though I provided it upon reservation. This caused me to be pulled out of a live meeting twice on Friday morning. In addition, no key or lock was to be found on the unit and when I arrived Saturday evening for inspection, it had been used. I called the local company & Arwood to complain, neither returned my call. The local dispatched company arrived several hours early (2pm) to pick it up even though we were advised it would be picked up on Tuesday as we had it until 5pm (Monday). All in all everything worked out OK which is why I gave them a 2 star and not 1. Their service is terrible so I would not recommending using them.

After my review on this company dated Oct 28, 2019 about horrible customer service, I am writing another review about their fraudulent billing practices. Now Arwood Waste has billed me for double the charges of the original contract, obviously incorrect. Check out the BBB complaints on this company. It's amazing they are still in business.

Not happy with the poor customer service I received. Our unit was not delivered on the requested date, we paid extra for the delivery, the next day I was promised 2 call backs and early in the morning and did not get a callback. By noon when I called the 3rd time I was talked down to and when I asked for a manager I was told they would not talk to me. I regret ever using this service and will never use it again. Over priced and bad business practices. Try someone else!!!

On time - easy to communicate with and always provide ontime and excellent service!
