Worst and non caring company ever! Took a week past date promised to deliver a porta potti to a job site and forgot the porta sink-but remembered to charge us for it! They tell you delivery time is until 7pm-who is n a jobsite at 7pm? Highly DO NOT recommend this company.

Dorene did you put a request for the sink? I did not see one. A agent will be contacting you shortly regarding this issue. THank you

Only gave one star because there is no option to leave zero stars. Don't believe what they tell you. Was assured twice, once in online chat and once on the phone, that they would provide service to a property we were considering buying. Based partially on that assurance we purchased the property. After we purchased I ordered service online. Over two weeks later they contact me and say that they cannot service the address.

Gary I am sorry you feel the way you do. We did reach out to you as soon as our team found out we do not service your address. Thanks

Needed our RV gray and black tanks pumped out. Planned on doing when we got to our destination. RV broke down and we were at the repair shop for 3 days. Repair place had water & electric but no sewer hook up or dump station. They did know anyone we could call. I found Arwood Waste through a Google search. Told them what we needed and that we needed it ASAP. Person I spoke with knew what I was talking about. They contacted Tri-County Port-O-Let & Septic near Ocala, FL where we were. They came the next day around 9:00 am and pumped us out. Person they sent knew what she was doing. She was efficient, friendly and left her business card for the repair shop in case orher customers need similar service. Glad to have the use of our toilet again without having to go into the repair facility. Things to know: they don't specify time person will arrive for the pump out. Can happen anywhere between 7 am and 7 pm. Cost was around $430 for both gray and black tanks. Not sure if that was high or not since never had to have it done before. We needed it done and glad they were able to help.

I rated 4 stars and not 5 because of the time of delivery. I would have liked to be the following day instead of 2 days and also to give customer a shorter time frame for delivery (Instead of anytime between 7am to 7pm, a 4 hour frame.
