ASAP helped us in a very trying time. We needed a handicap porto pottie and one was ordered. Somehow the information got lost and I was told I could not get one and that was unbearable news as my entire event relied on this handicap accessible porto pottie. The management took time to hear what was really going on and stepped in and made it work. That was amazing cusomter service. Everyone makes mistakes, and ASAP fixed theirs. Thank you again.

Recently I used ASAP Site Services to clean out my parents home in Wimberley,Tx. Due to circumstances with that the Covid virus a lot of companies have gone to remote work days so sometimes everybody is not on the same page which was my situation and I gave them a not so shining a low rating. Mr. Shea Drury contacted me and after hearing my displeasure, uttered the words "Mr. Hall what can I do to make this right?" We came to mutual agreement that the issue would be taken care of to my satisfaction which it was. Give this upstart company an opportunity to service your needs I assure you that you will not be disappointed. Excellent Service and Prompt. They were the ONLY service to respond to us and were very quick and helpful. We will only use ASAP for this type of service in the future.

End of July we found out our porta pottie was picked up by ASAP without any notice from me. It took days to get another delivered/then a 2nd porta pottie was delivered that was not ordered - so we have 2 on site. I've called about 12 times to resolve the issue without success. I spoke with many reps who seemed to not understand my issues and was continuously transferred around resulting in the endless voice mail loop. I asked for supervisor assistance to no avail. I repeatedly left voice mails with no phone calls back until I put my request to have both units picked up and our partnership terminated on 8/14/20 and Jay the Director of something called back wanted to rectify our relationship. I have entered into a partnership with another vendor so please make sure the 2 porta potties are picked up. I paid the July invoice today by credit card. I am not paying the August invoice as I never requested- please cancel. I believe the representatives need to be seriously trained in customer service support because all of them had no idea what I was talking about and or how to fix the issue. Thank you for this opportunity to let you folks no what is going on.

Difficult finding a portable toilet on short notice, but was able to get one on ASAP. Dropped off and picked up on time. Toilet very clean.
