Horrible experience. I explained that I needed a single port-a-potty delivered to a campsite and that the dirt road into the campsite is narrow and would require delivery by a smaller truck. I was told that this was possible, but the technician delivering the port-a-potty showed up with a flatbed that could hold at least 10 port-a-potties! The vehicle clearly was not going to be able to make it into the campsite, and two hours before campers started to arrive the technician drove away without a solution to the problem. He said he would call me, but did not. The dispatcher called me thirty minutes later to let me know that the truck couldn't drive down the road, and when I explained that I had let the company know that I needed them to send the unit on a smaller truck, he said that he never received that message and would make a few calls to figure out what happened (but not how to fix the problem). I called the central office, and I was told that everyone who could help me was gone for the weekend and would not be back until Monday. When I asked how they handled emergencies, I was told that they don't handle emergencies over the weekend. I called the local dispatcher and the delivery technician the next morning, and my call was not answered and their voice mailboxes were either full or not set up. A port-a-potty was never delivered. This is not the way to do business.

Do not use if you don't plan on paying more than what is posted. I ordered a dumpster, after the swap was billed additional $3000 that was taken out from my account. I also received a lien notice that I owe them another $738.. for what I dont know. Visit s local company in your neighborhood rather than these thieves.

ASAP was quick to drop off a 2 ton dumpster but took seven days to pick it up and I was charged with a $77 waste removal fee on top of the $635 paid at drop off. I made several attempts to reach a customer service representative, left call back request and still took too much of my personal time to reach a customer service representative. Very dissatisfied with g TV his experience.

It is hard to plan to hire people to empty your home when the time window provided to get a dumpster is a twelve hour window for delivery of a dumpster. And on top of that when I reserved it I had to pay up front and was told the dumpster would be here on a Friday. Then I get a call and am told it would not be here until the following Wednesday, not forgetting there is a twelve hour delivery window. I would hope ASAP Site Services could provide a better time window. Who wants to start emptying their home if the dumpster doesn't arrive until 9:00 p.m.

I reserved a dumpster and porta potty on Friday only to get a message on TUESDAY, the day before I needed the dumpster, that you could not provide the dumpster. This put me in a very bad position. I had a Roofing crew enroute from Ohio to work and not only did you not provide the services you agreed to, but you didn’t give me any notice. Very BAD customer service

I was pleased with the responsiveness and willingness to meet my service needs, even though they were small. When you need service, often times it is a minor item, but still needed to make the project successful. ASAP Site Services came through for me.
