This company was very easy to work with.

I called for a dumpster and portable toilet. Delivery was scheduled for July 29, 2020. The dumpster was delivered, the driver addressed me as Mike, not my name. Said he called and told Mike, he was on the way. I just happen to look out the window and saw him. Received a message saying the toilet wouldn't be delivered until Friday. On Friday got a message saying it MIGHT be delivered the following Tuesday or Wednesday. I called and cancelled the order for the toilet, received a cancel confirmation email from ASAP. On Monday August 3rd, I look out my window and in the middle of the driveway is a portable toilet. Called ASAP to get it removed, maybe they will pick it up today or may be tomorrow. Very poor communication and service.

At this point everything has gone very well with the set up to get the unit. I feel this review should be sent after I have at least had the unit delivered or even do this review after the whole process is completed. It's hard to give a review on just a few emails.

Excellent service in the past. Delivery has been on time and portable toilets have been clean. I am a little disappointed that the 10% military discounted has been discontinued. I had received it in the past. Blessings

Do not hired this company I called and order a portable potty for a month. They charge me for another month. I called them and They said I had to call for them to come and pick it up and their billing cycle is for 22 days ! And not only that A driver damage my gate .
