My experience so far has been great they're keeping me up to date with everything that happened I made a mistake and they fixed it right away Mike from 909 number think I'm not sure where he called me the morning my my my dumpster is supposed to be delivered afternoon he made sure they kept me up-to-date with what was going on and I'm just happy that I got to experience ordering products for this company thank you so much

Easy to order!! Great prices and user friendly site

So far, dumpster was delivered on time and picked up when scheduled. Was easy company to order dumpster. Will do business with them again.

Delivery was the day after requested. Toilet was clean and in good shape.

The company name was left off of the contract. I sent an email this morning about having it corrected, no Reply. I called the ASAP Site Services telephone number and spoke to a women that transferred me customer service---after ten minutes on hold, I hung up. i still need the company name on the contract.

The Customer service person was very helpful and friendly on the phone. The unit arrived when they said they would and placed the unit in a challenging location on rough terrain. The unit was picked up when they said they would. Every person I dealt with along the way were very nice and polite. Excellent service overall.

Customer service is nice and that’s about it. I ordered a portable toilet for four weeks and paid for it to be cleaned 4x a week. Because it was so many cleanings they had to add an additional charge; which was fine. The toilet was only serviced TWICE in the FOUR weeks we had it. Called customer service dozens of times. Every time someone answered they were friendly and assured me it would be taken care of; it never was. I called and asked for a partial refund, and, as always, a friendly sells person told me I would receive one. It never happened. I have called them countless time, and every time time it’s the same, “I’ll put in the request, and you’ll have a refund by Monday.” It’s been over two months and nothing. A complete scam. I have called and emailed their billing department with no response.

The service has been perfect. On time, predictable with no surprise. The gentleman who comes out and cleans the porta potty unit is respectful, super thorough and pleasant.It is easy to pay the bill online.
