Hi there and sorry to hear about your experience, we've taken note of your feedback and will use it to continue improving our service. You're correct, our paid plans were designed to evolve with your team, however, we systematically communicate in advance about any change made in order to give you some time to re-organize if necessary. If you're ever in doubt, don't hesitate to reach out to our support team who can take a look into this for you at any time and advise you with the best solution for your team!

Hi Kim and apologies for the delay in responding to you here. We currently don't provide phone support, but you can reach out to our support team at asana.com/suppport (select the option that fits your issue best and scroll to click on "Let's chat" at the bottom of this page). In most cases, we can also help directly via our community forum (forum.asana.com), so please don't hesitate to reach out there too! Our Sales team is available via chat (https://asana.com/product) or by email (https://asana.com/sales). I've gone ahead and made a note of your feedback for our support team to take on board as they work toward improving their service. Thanks again for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we really appreciate it!

Hi Bruce, and thanks for sharing your feedback with us. While our support and sales teams work very hard to provide all our customers with the best service possible, it looks like we weren't up to the standards we've set for ourselves when you reached out. We're really sorry for the trouble you've experienced and will use your feedback to help improving our service in the future.
