Can't tell you how much I owe to this software when it comes to increasing productivity, transparency, and productivity at work. Our marketing team has been able to plan work more effectively, collaborate seamlessly, and deliver our work on-time 95% of the time and I believe much of it is owed to the space where we store our projects (which is Asana). Sure, there are other project management tools out there with similar features, but this app has created a space that's joyous to log into every morning --- especially with the newly added appreciations that are just way too sweet and motivate you to complete tasks quicker as well as celebrate other team members who do the same. Some of my favourite uses include using Asana as our content calendar, working on quarterly projects/rocks, and managing + collaborating on projects while collaborating with multiple teams.

Asana is clearly a industry-leading solution for Work Management. The vision and strategy of the company is well defined and the evolution of the tool over the past several years supports the market demand for ways to "do more with less". I've been using Asana for over 7 years and they continue to show the value of their platform on an ongoing basis. The interface is very intuitive but also powerful thanks to a feature-rich user experience. While other platforms may offer expanded options on common features, Asana makes up for these limitations by offering a consistent, reliable experience. Last, but certainly not least, I can't say enough about the Asana team. Even though there isn't a number to call, there is a variety of ways in which you can get in touch with a representative for support. They offer a lot of unique programs where you can meet other members and interface with core members of the Asana team on a regular basis.

Great too for managing projects and work in general. Very easy to use and helps with collaboration.

I really like using Asana. It helps keep things organized so I know the steps in each project and who needs to do what. They also have an excellent forum with tons of information and they let you do training in Asana so that you can offer Asana set up as a service to your clients. It's a win-win.

I can't imagine life without Asana. It frees up a huge % of my brain capacity by having everything organised.

I've started using Asana a couple of years ago as I was searching for a tool that would help me manage all my tasks in a list view. Up to that point, I was using a note-taking app for that but was lacking structure in it, and when I discovered Asana, it gave me just that - structure for managing my multiple projects more efficiently and effectively by having an overview of all the projects and even better an overview of most important (daily) tasks. Later we also implemented Asana within our organization which gives us an overview of all the work, tasks that we need to execute on in order to successfully complete our projects. What I like the most, when it comes to team collaboration in Asana, is task assignment function as we can simply assign tasks to each other and combined with Slack integration we immediately get notified about that in Slack as well. That way we really improved task tracking and execution. One thing that I find very useful is that Asana enables both list view and Kanban view, as later is especially appreciated by some of my coworkers.

Since I discovered Asana, I have greatly improved my personal efficiency by better managing my actions on a daily basis. The My Tasks tab allows you to see the priorities at a glance, and the task self-promotion is just great because it frees your head by seeing only the essentials, it helps you concentrate. With our teams, we have improved the management of our projects, the follow-up of actions, the integration of new recruits, our meetings, ... We've reduced emails, and Asana becomes the place to go to find information and its context. The tool often evolves, and the forum is very active if you have questions. In short, Asana is very flexible and allows us to gain in collaboration and efficiency every day.

I have used Asana for more that 8 years and think its one of the best work management tools I have worked with. The focus on moving to the background to focus on the work is the reason I keep on using this tool. Other tools may have more features, But Asana helps our team to actually get things done or moving by not getting in the way. The UI feels lightweight but the features are powerful, well thought through and helps our team to work together on a new level.
