Artisan HardwareReviews of artisanhardware.com

Great hardware and easy shopping experience.

Josh Robbins was the customer service rep that assisted me and he was knowledgeable and extremely helpful with my order.

Looks like a great product. Madison in sales very helpful and cautious. Had a problem with one part. New one shipped the next day.

I ordered an Artisan Hardware mirrored sliding barn door for the entry to our dressing room...and it is FABULOUS!!! Not only does the door look great but everyone is complimenting it and several have asked where we got it from. I love all things custom and this was no exception! It was a big purchase so I was nervous about selecting and purchasing it without speaking to someone. I called and your associate Amanda was so helpful. We went back and forth on the wood stain and when it arrived, it matched perfectly.

Artisan custom built my 8' 6" x 4' Barn door. The quality could not be any better. It was shipped in a very well built crate, and was delivered in the time frame I needed It. Can't be any happier.

The barn door I ordered was 3 weeks late and then opened from the wrong side. It took another 6 weeks to build and deliver that door. Many excuses were given, but none seemed to be truthful. One door had the correct windows, the other did not.

I ordered the product in kit form. Product was as described, limited instructions to assemble. Was told to watch a YouTube video produced by them. I am very handy assembling any kind of product, this was a challenge due to the fact they did not supply any paper instructions, the video skipped over some of the assembly. I watched several times, was able to figure out and it now looks and works great.

So happy with the bay door hardware and the service is great! Thank you
