Ashley worked with me tirelessly to ensure that we created a custom door that worked perfectly for our space. We don't have the door so I can't comment on the finished product.

We are extremely pleased with the support and hardware we ordered from Artisan Hardware. Support team answered all questions and helped us work through ordering process - our wall/supports were not standard length and customized pre-drilled holes worked perfectly! Hardware and instructions were easy to follow and we love the way the hardware further accentuates our new doors.

It took almost 2 months for my order to be processed. Calls and emails where not returned. When I did finally talk to Liz She said “ I’ve been slammed and have no excuse as to why I haven’t returned your messages”. Owning my own business I understand being busy but I always make time to return calls. After my hardware finally arrived there was an imperfection in the bracket that holds the caster. I immediately photographed this part and emailed customer service. I never received a reply. Just spam in my emails. I ordered 3 sets of the aspen hardware. They look nice (aside from the imperfection) but I don’t know they are worth price compared to similar hardware. I wouldn’t make another purchase with this company due to the customer service and lack there of. Dan Cleveland OH area
