Loved this experience. We needed an extra long rail and they had no problem. Our order arrived complete and within their time estimates. Good instructions and easy to assemble. One piece was missing and they sent it overnight without question. They were extremely helpful all along the way.

I needed an additional floor guide for my barn door which I received but it came without the 2 screws needed to secure to the floor.

Quality is lacking. Engineering is poor. I now must re-visit my doors and retrofit additional hardware in order to keep the door on the rails. This system as-is presents a significant hazard

I think you've jumped the gun here. You are asking me to rate you, however, I haven't even received an e-mail indicating that my order has shipped. Don't you think it would be wiser to send a customer service survey AFTER you have delivered your product? How am I supposed to rate you without having received/inspected the products?

Hello Don, I am sorry this was sent to you before you received the product. We are in the process of setting up this review system to help us know how we can improve, sadly this one mistakingly was sent out early. It is fixed now, however, we are still sorry and know this is frustrating to you. If there is anything we can do to assist you with your order, please let us know. Thank you, Artisan Hardware
