We needed 2 parts for an old stove. They were easy to find on the website, easy to pay for and the shipment was received promptly. The parts fit perfectly and we were able to fix our stove for less than $ 10.00. Much better than hiring a service person who would have charged lots of money, would have had to order the parts and would have charged us for installation. Saved a bundle doing it ourselves. It was easy from start to finish.

The door is okay but the delivery experience is not convenient, door was dropped off on the grass, 5 feet away from the door, had to drag it in myself. The delivery cost is not clear, UPS still keep asking me for delivery fee!
