I ordered replacement hardware for a barn door that I had purchased through a different company, but they didn't sell replacement parts. The part was high quality at a fair price. Package arrived fast, but about a month later I received a second packaging envelope that was empty. Don't know what that was about,

I bought my barn door hardware 4 years ago and started to have issues with the wheels creating chatter. I hesitated contacting Artisan because it was so long ago. When I did I was truly amazed at how helpful and truly real these people are! They replaced the wheels and problem solved. Can't thank you enough.....great company to do business with!!

Great customer service; initial spacers resulted in big gap between doors. AH worked with our contractor and sent new spacers in two sizes to make it work for us. Product is beautiful and is exactly the look we were going for.

Very happy with this product. The product was exactly the same as what was shown on the website. Also, I contacted customer service to check on progress of shipping and they were polite, professional, and -most importantly- helpful and knowledgeable. Very pleased with this purchase. It was expensive, but we got what we paid for. Even the packaging, shipping , and delivery were first rate.
