These guys showed up quickly. Thats the only good experience. The tech suggested I do the work myself explaining what it would take. And it would be much cheaper. The suggested price from him was $600. I told him I would try to resolve myself. Before tech left, he called his boss and they made an offer of $486. I said I would do it if price was $400. Tech was already on site so no additional cost to the company. The boss was agreeable to the price, but they would not guarantee their work. In my opinion, no matter what price is agreed upon, the work should be guaranteed. I would never call this company again!!

On 9/17/26 I had my air conditioner serviced by RighTime. I had some parts replaced that were worn out. The best part was the technician, Hector Ventura, he explained everything to me and took care of the service. I will use this company again and again when needed.

Sometime in June or July 2026, I requested a summer revision of my A/C. Also a special filter was installed to help me with my allergies. The technician was very professional and courteous. I will request his services for the next revision.

Deceptive. Well mannered technician sharing some information, but not all, determined that my blower needed to be replaced because there was oil on the outside and my AC was not cooling as quickly as he thought appropriate. He found my compressor was failing and had explanations. 6K repair or system replacement? Makes sense to consider this way. A sales rep showed up same day proposing three costly options with a myriad of financing options. Each representative talked about their Christian relationship with God and commitment to Service. 20K to 15K. the following day 5Star, a Rowlett, TX local HVAC with great reviews showed up. He found that the MFD capacitor needed to be replaced and did for a reasonable price. He explained that after 18 years there might be some oil on the outside of the blower.He found that my condenser was performing well within tolerances, no risk of imminent system failure. 5 Star asked me why ARS/Home Depot did not replace the capacitor as well as the filter. I had five of them in the wrappers. I wondered. Private Equity/Venture capitalization driving high costs and PROFITS OVER PEOPLE corporate religion. What would Jesus say, Jonathan and Kevin? Go with 5 Star and stay away from pirates. Thanks for having integrity and telling it straight, Pedro.

Installation team was AWESOME. 24/7 service is a joke. 1st you don't talk to a person it is AI, next you get a 4 hour window, then they call before they come out and the call went to spam so I didn't get it right away. I called back and they rescheduled me for the next day! Spent the night without AC! We are Christian and the salesman had some not so appealing language and was quite pushy.

"Be warned: this company completed a gas furnace installation at my Portsmouth property in early May and immediately activated the gas line, which we operated. I discovered that they bypassed mandatory safety protocols—the City of Portsmouth building inspection did not actually pass until months later (September 10th). When a dispute arose, management sent a high-pressure written ultimatum falsely claiming the gas had never been placed in service to minimize their liability. Unpermitted gas line activation is a severe safety and code violation. The timeline has been handed over to the city and the state licensing board (DPOR)."

They are on time Explain why they check all parts of my A/C and heater. . Some companies just call tell you need this ect ect.....

They came promptly for the appointment . The condensor coils were not cleaned during service and left dirty however when I reached out to them they sent somebody for reservice . I am changing my 3 start to 5 star given then fact they took care of it and also the cost of the service to me was very low .
