Absolutely great, that I could get a bit of Vegas in a year I wasn’t able travel. It’s absolutely not cheap, to send the package to Germany. And FedEx is not a good delivery option here. But that’s a problem of FedEx. The scents are absolutely like I know them. I will 100% order again.

Ok, So first let me say, I was very reluctant to purchase this. It's almost like buying something that states "the new car smell" and and then you buy it and it smells nothing like new.... So I was reluctant of this product too. But let me tell you, first of all, When I went to the Luxor casino in Las Vegas, I really wanted to package up the smell of my room; so after I got home, I googled the smell. I read all kind of reviews and purchased all kinds of "that's not it fragrances. I even bought expensive Yankee candles...you name it and I wasted my money trying to perfect the smell. So when I came across this, I said, Self...you might as well try it. So I ordered the diffuser and the oil. Well, let me tell you...THAT'S IT! THAT's THE SMELL!!!!!!! It smells just like my wonderful memories of my favorite hotel in Las Vegas minus the smoke. Not only did my purchase arrive on time, but I have 0 complaints. I also have large indoor dogs. I have them professionally groomed, plus they are house broken and there are not enough plug-ins in the world to mask the odor of large dogs (CHOW CHOWS). Well, this works wonders. A little goes a long way. I spent hundred of dollars over several years on plug-ins, NOW, my whole house... "NOT JUST THE ROOM IT'S PLUGGED IN, BUT THE WHOLE HOUSE SMELLS WONDERFUL! Now if they can just master the machine where the oil isn't so spill prone they would get 10 stars! I am a chronic complainer(well, not really chronic) But I am a chronic complainer; I do not half step when it comes to a bad products or terrible delivery service. This product gets 5 stars for performance and 5 stars for delivery.

Pleasant phone staff. Customer service always ready to help - no matter what the problem. ( I'm not good at programming machines & they talked me thru it and made it simple). Wonderful fragrances.
