Disappointed with my MGM oil purchase. It doesn’t smell the way I remember.

Thank you for your honest review! We know scents can be very personal and subjective. We do get our fragrance oils from the same warehouse the resorts/hotels in Las Vegas do! Sometimes the hotels will put their own twist on the oil after they have it, maybe that's what happened! Feel free to email us to get you samples of any other scents that you will enjoy :-)

The scent is good but does not smell like Leaf from previous order nor the Grovenor hotel.

Thank you very much for your feedback! Sorry you did not enjoy this scent. Scents are very subjective and personal. We would like you to enjoy our products, so please let us know if you would like to try some other sample scents and see if you find your favorite! We appreciate your business!

Packaging was professional and ensured the contents were safe and free from damage. In fact, it was so securely packaged I thought they failed to include my bottle of fragrance. When I emptied the box’s peanuts I inadvertently threw the wrapped bottle in the trash. I called the company to report that I hadn’t received the bottle of scent oil! I was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful individual who apologized and suggested she send a bottle out immediately. I then said to her I would check the trash can to see if I threw it out. Sure enough, I did. I apologized to her and she was so pleasant I decided to order a set scheduled monthly purchase of the fragrance oil. Additionally, the home unit was so easy to set up and operate. The company also makes available a video showing you a step by step demo of how to set up the unit and operate it! Very user friendly and professionally presented! An extremely satisfying and pleasant experience of a high end on-line purchase!

This is the 3rd brand of scenting systems we have bought (aroma 360 and aera). It is by far the best one for both durability and scent capabilities. The aroma360 system leaked the oil all over our wood flooring. They sent us a replacement only to have it leak again (thankfully that time it was on tile). Aera was good but only worked for about 3 months, they too sent us another one which had a shelf life of 6 months. This one we have now had for about 9 months and it is still working great. We love the scent choices and how it permeates a large area. Our downstairs is approximately 3000 sq feet and it covers the majority. A great system thus far.
