Horrific customer service, you will NEVER get a call back. It took months to get my whole house unit even set up, as it's not as easy as they make it seem. Then the scents are just ok. I've called, I've emailed, they DO NOT CARE. I was never told I could just buy the diffuser, and now I'm trapped in a contract with fraudsters who care nothing about their customers.

If I could give zero stars I would. This company took out a loan of almost 5k in my name without any explanation. I've gone through all of the ridiculous steps to return the product and cancel to loan contract. Today I received a message saying a payment will be drafted from my account. I was hung up on several times while trying to resolve thus issue. I have reported it as fraud and have all of the documentation to support my claim. Worst company I've ever encountered. STAY AWAY!

I have the home scenting with "Hotel Collection" which is Aroma360. I don't have a complaint about the machines, they work fine. I pay $112 a month for oils (a lot of it) for scenting with 2 machines. I use to pay more than that for candles. My issue is getting my orders RIGHT...I never get the scent I ordered AND I seriously believe they DILUTE the large bottles of oils. I had ordered a small bottle of oil so I could check it out to see if I like it...It was great so I ordered it for my monthly, I didn't get that one and had to mail it back (took 4 weeks before said and done) BUT the large bottle was so weak and I can barely smell it! That is ripping off the customer.

I purchased this very expensive machine and very expensive oils that come brand new only 1/2 full for the machine for $55. I got home today and my diffuser is making a loud buzzing sound.. the oil is more than 1/2 way full as I added more.!.. I tried to contact the company about having this resolved. They allow a chat option in which I explains this issue and was told I’d hear back from someone in 3 min. I am now on hold for 1 hour and although the chat screen is clearly live, I’m getting no response. It appears they have no problem charging ridiculous amounts of money for a diffuser and oil but good luck if you have an issue or need support.

Then we have Rachel (President) who’s 1 cigarette away from lung cancer who’s the most toxic of them all. Listen consumers they don’t care about your concerns your broken machines or the scam of a contract you’re in our job was to lie and continue to sell lol. Then there’s Sparkle the one who acts like she doesn’t know what’s going on but covers up the biggest scams in the company. I heard she was a fraudster once in her life so no surprise there. The machines range between 50-200 on aliexpress but they sell them for 500-1500. It’s not a soft credit pull you guys it’s a hard inquiry on your credit don’t fall for the lies. The employees are treated like sh!t oh wait unless you’re a scent consultant then you’re good because you’re making the big bucks by lying to the cunsomer however customer service is overlooked so no one wants to do jack sh!t for the clients. I was interested in trying out the Aroma360 for my home. I completed the forms online and received a call from a representative the following morning. After being explained the logistics from the representative I initially told him that I wanted samples to see if I would like the fragrance. The representative convinced me into trying out their system. I was told that I would get the system free and pay for the monthly scents. The representative sent me an application link(no problem, right). The application asked for personal information, how much I make monthly & yearly. I asked the representative if I would be locked into a contract. The representative advised it would be a 3 year contract because they are giving you the diffuser free. I told the representative that I was not comfortable with giving my information out just for home fragrances and to just send me the samples. The representative said ok and hung up. All I can say is ask questions and read everything before signing a contract. I think I will pass.
