The company customer service is horrible and they can't fix the many problems that come with this stupid purchase. I burn candles all the time and thought that this would be a great alternative and keep a constant nice smell in the house that anyone walking in would notice. But unfortunately, this company is a huge fraud. I purchased the mini unit for 199 ( when they came out) and got on the monthly subscription plan for oils. Within a couple of months, the unit started making a huge noise. Called and cust service dragged it on and then eventually sent me a replacement unit. The next unit, still within six months of purchase, wouldn't work as well. Just wouldn't pull the oil and emit a scent. Called and got the same 15 phone calls from the previous cust serv experience. I personally think that they are so overwhelmed with products not working that they keep drawing everything out until the warranty is out. Be warned, the warranty is only90 days.

Was going to order a defused set but decided not to when charged an additional $4.95 “safe ship protection fee” additional to the regular shipping fee. I signed up to get a “first time shopper” discount. No matter what I tried, the discount code was not sent to me. It is a marketing scam. Pay full price and additional shopping.

CUSTOMER SERVICE is HORRIBLE! Tried contacting the company for WEEKS...then I get an email back that says 'We hope you were satisfied with our service' WHEN THEY NEVER DID ANYTHING! Spent several more days trying to reach them. Finally reached them via phone and they said they'd email me a return label. I STAYED ON THE PHONE with them until I got it. I returned 2 units and still to this day (almost a month later!) have not received ANY refund! How do they stay in business with such terrible service?!? Why can't something be done?

Unit stopped working after 6 months, only has a 90 day warranty. Contacted them and their only suggestion was to buy a new one. Poorly designed unit, company does not stand behind their products.

Horrible company. What a scam! Products are all garbage they get from Alibaba. They break easily. They try to scam you into signing a 36 month contract. They have several lawsuits against them. Apparently one of their candles blow up and burn people. Someone should get a class action suit going.

Bad customer service very hard to reach them I purchased the mini diffusers after short time it started to do very loud noise The company refused to replace the devices. They try to convince me to sign with them a contract for a new device The only thing that I liked is the scent that they sell. They are very good.

Customer Service is the worst I have ever experienced. On two separate occasions I have requested assistance through their online website. Twice I received confirmation of a telephone call from them. Twice I have waited and no call was received. If you want to be considered a legit business you need to do much better. It’s like you don’t care at all.
