The Aroma360 Mini SL stopped working within the first 90 days. I have submitted multiple customer tickets. I have received and responded to multiple emails from the company. They tried to sell me more fragrance oil even though the unit does not work. They asked me to send an additional $99 for another unit. Technical support called me 50 minutes past the scheduled time only after I filled out a ticket saying they didn't call. He said there is nothing they can do to help. He said they will not issue a refund. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Buyer beware.

Bought 4 less than a year old have to turn tv up to hear over noise they make. Mother bought off brand on Amazon still working no noise

Their website doesn’t allow me to order refills, customer service is nonexistent, in fact, most of the time I get a reply email saying that their mailbox is full. An expensive waste of money that I will probably never be able to recuperate because this company is horrible! My

Horrible company. The unit only worked for a short time. I bought two fragrances and after briefly using the unit it will not produce fragrance any longer. Support is horrible...no phone number to call, only email and no chat. I am stuck with a unit that runs...but no fragrance comes out! BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I ordered several products, with the last one beginning of November. All charges went through. On December15, I was charged $71.65 which I could not understand. I emailed inquiring what the charge was for. They replied that they had no order on their end. I sent them a screen shot which showed I was charged and it was by Aroma 360. They said they don’t know anything about it, could not refund the money as they don’t have an order. This went back and forth for 3 days with several different people on the email. No one could do anything about it. I called my bank and issued a fraud. I will never do business with these people again,they are shady.

Excellent customers service. I ordered VanGough360 and I have to admit, that I had some problems with it after a while of using it. Obviously, I called customer service department, and I had a pleasure to talk to Valeria Duran. She was just amazing. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, friendly, very patient and kind. After many attempts to reset my Aroma360, we came to the conclusion, that I need a new unit. It came next day after I talked to Valeria. IMRESIVE! I have to admit, that I have spoken to the customer service representative many times in my life, and I never had better experience with anybody then with Valeria. Five stars is not enough. I am giving * * * * * *

Aroma 360 and hotel collection is owned by the same people so don’t let that fool you. Their customer service is TERRIBLE!! Their studio diffuser has a 3 month warranty. When I called they said it was likely being overused for the space. I have it on their settings that they created on their remote! Regardless, their product leaks and they did not take accountability.

I bought my diffuser in July and last month it started making a really loud noise and stopped diffusing scent. I've emailed the company, and ran rubbing alcohol through it like they suggested but it's still not working. I was supposed to receive a call from support 4 different times and never heard from anyone. It's frustrating because I spent a lot of money on it! I can't seem to get help so now I'm stuck with an expensive diffuser that won't work after a couple short months of using it correctly
