I had a Michaelangelo360 for 11 months and it just stopped working. I tried 3 different times to get help from tech support. when I did get help - he asked me to basically do everything I had done and then said well unfortunately your unit is broke, out of warranty and there is nothing I can do from here. I'll send you some cleaning solution. ?? To Clean a diffuser that is now a very expensive paper weight. I am VERY disappointed in the customer service and product. Do not invest in this company.

This company is a high pressure, terrible service selling junk. 2 out of 4 do not work and every order that came in leaked. Calling them to get resolved is a high pressure sales pitch to upgrade. Asked to cancel and no luck. Time to dispute the charges and return the junk. Very disappointing!

Unit does not work as it is suppose to and it it a nightmare trying to speak to a live person to resolve. When you do speak to someone you the customer has to go through so much trouble to get issue resolved. If you purchased one of there plans you are stuck with a bad unit and all these fragrance bottles in which you are unable to use due to unit not working properly. What a disappointment and a disaster. We don’t have money to throw away on more bottles we can not use!

BEWARE! Diffusers are less than 6 months old and both no longer work.

Please DO NOT waste your money and more importantly your sanity with the most horrendous customer service I have ever come across. Shame on Daymond John to promote Aroma360 knowing how awful customer service is.

i had an aroma360 for couple years and loved it and it broke- ordered a new one last week with 3 month subscription- has remote control and no AROMA comes out- and when it does limited to 15 seconds with a minute lag time??? this is a wrip off - i have asked for my money back - very very disappointed- also after i ordered , kept calling me to sell me more stuff- i blocked number

The worse customer service ever ! They shipped me the package even I cancel the order. I was trying to return this online and I couldn't. I send an email which I still sending about return label , the problem is still not resolved ! I will never never buy anything from them ! Scammers!!!!

I originally purchased from home collection and the diffuser worked for a few months, but began to spray oil on my furniture. They did send me another diffuser, and it stopped working….so I gave up….this month…1year later, I gave Aroma 360 a try (same company) because I do love the scents and now they give you the diffuser with the oil subscription….the diffuser has never truly worked. I have emailed customer service in less than 30 days, and they continue to give me autogenerated responses and ignore my receipts I send proving it’s been less than 30 days…I will never give this company money again….very disappointing! Do not waste your $$$
