STAY AWAY FROM AROMA360. Ponzi scheme- try to get you to commit to a subscription at $50 bottle. Product is horrible. Bought 2 wireless diffusers due to their slick marketing - non toxic, yada yada. One wireless diffuser worked for exactly 4 weeks, one arrived with incorrect charging cord, took 3 weeks and countless emails to get the correct charger. Unit worked for one week. Company only replaced one unit, which arrived and never worked. Wouldn’t even turn on. I immediately emailed for a return shipping label and refund. They ignored 11 emails and asked me to call customer service. Called 2 times, once satin 35 minutes on hold with no customer service representative answering and second time for 40 minutes, no answer. Now state I missed the 30 day window. Horrible company. Don’t waste your money and steer clear of deceptive business practices

Terrible customer service, don't waste your money unless you enjoy having to make numerous phone calls or emails to have your service changed or cancelled.

This company has very deceptive practices and horrible service. If you place an order, they will call you non-stop to try and upsell you but if you try and cancel, they make it nearly impossible to do so. If you get their "free" diffuser you are locked in to a 4 month subscription despite their terms and conditions saying 3 months. Every bottle you receive will also be leaking out of the shipping bag and cause everything around it to smell extremely strong for about a week.

Aroma 360 customer service is absolute garbage! I have 2 months trying to cancel my subscription to no availability! My wireless diffuser stopped working after 6 months use. Hope this company just goes out of business for treating people this way.

sent me a diffuser that didn't work and for 5 months they keep charging my account and promising to replace the diffuser.. saying it's out for delivery.. have not recieved a replacement and they refuse to refund me... this is a total scam... be aware!! stay away

Total garbage. Cannot believe that dragons den guy stands behind this product. Leaky bottles. Two diffusers broke within a month. Actually called my card company to dispute their charge given I’ve got three bottles and a broken diffuser.

Ordered a more products 2 weeks ago , still waiting to be delivered. I have waiting to be shipped. Disgusting

Buyer beware, Aroma 360 mini-pro diffusers are complete garbage. I ordered 2 and both didn't work. Their customer service was horrible, they kept hounding me to purchase a subscription and a commercial unit, their sales person was aggressive and unfriendly, I got a gift card for returning the first diffuser so thought I'd order another one using it well I ended up paying more than I paid for the first one. They have Daymond John on their website for what reason?? I don't think he'd be thrilled having read all of the reviews. Save your money.
