Do not do business with this company. I took advantage of their free mini pro with a 3-month scent subscription promo. The oil scent was “my way”. I liked the scent and it makes a small area of my house smell good. The first mini pro device they sent did not function correctly. The oil ran down into the device as it ran and caused the device to quit working correctly. I called their technical support number and stayed on hold for an hour and 45 minutes. When they finally answered they walked me through some trouble shooting that did not help so they sent me a new bottle of scent oil, since they thought it may be a defective bottle. I tried it, and it did not correct the issue, so I had to call them back. This time I stayed on hold for almost 3 hours before someone helped me. They sent me a new device and a label to return the first device. The new device worked perfectly (but still only scents an area the size of a living room). I ran the device everyday for a couple of weeks and noticed it was no longer spraying a mist so I opened it to see if it had run out of oil. Again, the oil had ran down into the device and filled the device up. I emailed them this time to tell them what happened and ask that my subscription be canceled. They emailed me back to tell me no, my subscription cannot be canceled and didn’t even acknowledge the defective product I reported. I don’t have time to sit on hold with them for a couple more hours of my life, so I just plan to write a bad review and report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Waste of money. Diffuser is garbage. Costumer service=0. They give you free diffuser with a 3-month subscription. Once you realize the diffuser is not working, there is no solution. You will continue to pay for the 3 month subscription just to throw the scent in the toilet because like I said diffuser is trash. They won't do anything to fix it or send you another diffuser. After the three month subscription is fulfilled, since costumer service is CERO, you will have to cancel your card with your bank, because there is no way to cancel online on your own. Honest advise: DO NOT EVEN TRY IT.

Read the reviews. The products were good for us, but their customer service is awful. They have no hesitation in calling you repeatedly to try and upsell you on whole-house systems, but if you have a problem or question you are on your own. We purchased two $50 gift cards that they won't honor. I placed a final order at full price just to buy us time to find a new company.

If I have to come to this page to investigate a company, its usually because others have already been here. I ordered a wireless pro and was shipped an AC powered device. The device was "FREE" with a minimum 3-month subscription to the oils. The first oil received with the device (leaked). The second oil was recently charged and shipped. The biggest scam I noticed was the shipping charge for 1 small bottle of oil, almost 10$. They are ripping people off. Next I tried to follow up via the website´s customer service portal about the incorrect device I received (AC Powered vs Wireless) and SURPRISE, no response was received. After a week I sent an email to them and still nothing. However they are billing the credit card. Shortly after I placed the order, I received calls from a representative of the company attempting to UPSELL a larger product based on the size of the space I wanted to use the diffuser in, I refused. I have recently tried to contact the same number from which I recevied the call, ANOTHER SURPRISE, no answer and a bogus voice mail. BEWARE, Ive been scammed before and here goes another occasion. Unbelievable! SWIPE LEFT on this company and their social media advertising!

I signed up for a 3 month subscription (note that this is actually a 4 month subscription, as they don't count the first oil delivery for some reason). At first, I thought the scent was nice and was pleased with the product. about one week after I began using the diffuser it stopped working. I was sent a new bottle of oil. This did not fix the issue, and after multiple calls/waits on hold, I was finally sent a new diffuser. Again, I used the diffuser (about 3-4 hours a day) for around a week and it stopped working as well. I am trying to get in touch with someone to help me but getting a real person on the phone is a nightmare. At this point I have spent hundreds of dollars on oil that I haven't been able to use. They won't let me cancel my subscription either. I have NEVER experienced such a trash product and poor customer service.

I purchased a 3 month subscription on May 2nd, 2024 and was charged 69.90. The diffuser was free for 3 months of scent purchase. the first 2 problems were the diffusers didn't work so they replaced them. I was auto charged July 1st, July 31, and Aug 31 which is more than the 3 months subscription. I contacted them via call and email and the email loyalty team offered me some discounts and a gift certificate but I explained my concern regarding their total disregard of the 3 months and the liberty they took with my money and continued to charge my credit card. This morning I woke up to a 5th charge, I called them and spoke with a customer service person named ceasar who told me my subscription didn't start until July and if I cancel now I will be charged the fee for the diffuser. I went on the website and sent ceaser a snapshot of my account showing the start date of May 2nd and charges and subsequent dates and charges as well as emailing the loyalty team the exact same information. I am waiting for a response. After the diffusers didn't work in the beginning I was ok until they took liberties turning my 3 months subscription into charging me over and over again. I made sure I got everything in writing and now I want back the 2 overpayments they took without my permission

**Review for Aroma 360 / Hotel Collection - Beware of Their Sales Tactics and Poor Customer Service** I have been trying to cancel my order within the trial period, but Aroma 360 / Hotel Collection has made it impossible to get any resolution. Initially, Bre-Yanna played the "save the sale" game by upgrading me to a different unit. While I appreciated the effort, the unit was not a good fit for our home, and there were no hard feelings. However, trying to return the product has been a nightmare. I spoke with Felix for 30 minutes and made no progress. He informed me that Bre-Yanna was on vacation and that she would call me back. That never happened. I’ve also emailed them multiple times with no response. The following week, I spoke with Rafael, who escalated the issue to a supervisor. After supposedly "reviewing the call audio," they admitted I was in the right. The supervisor was supposed to call me back, but after holding for an hour, I got nothing. Today, I spoke with Wanda, who told me the supervisor was too busy to talk and would call back in two hours. Still waiting. This company is a scam. They’re great at selling you the product and locking you in, but when it comes to honoring returns, they completely drop the ball. I've done everything properly and documented everything within the timelines given by the company, yet nothing gets resolved. Even their so-called "VIP" concierge line (786-613-4066) is useless—it's just a faster way to be ignored. Avoid at all costs if you value your time, money, and sanity.

This company treats its customers like absolute garbage- it has to be criminal. I purchased a unit along with a subscription. My first unit worked correctly however the bottle of oil came unsealed and leaked. I didn't complain - instead I ordered another unit bc I liked the product. The second unit arrived defective. They refused to exchange until speaking to technical support for a $400 item they wanted me to troubleshoot. True story, technical support never answered or returned my call. I was refused an exchange, charged a 30% restocking fees, and a service fee to return their defective item. My 1st refill was lost in the mail. The refused any assistance and stated to file a police report. The packages was delivered 3 days after the stated delivery date. When calling into cancel my subscription I asked them to charge me my 2 required months of refill so we could part ways. They claimed to that was impossible. They promised a manager call back which I did not receive. This company is maybe one of the worst experiences I've had in a decade.
