This company is the biggest scam in the world their sense smell, beautiful they can’t stand by their machines which constantly have problems and then they try to renew a three-year contract and won’t honor any service at all as you can barely get in touch with them and they call it a VIP experience, which is hilarious. I would undo this contract so fast, but it is such a headache to even deal with.

Awful customer service I ordered a 360 Aroma diffuser that can defective and the customer experience was awful. For a company that prides themselves on the customer experience you do not live up to them. I sent multiple emails after I returned the defective product and after paying for it never received a replacement or any compensation. Sincerely very disappointed customer in Canada. !!!

This is a scam, I bought once the product for a gift, since 3 months ago they start sending me something that I didn’t order and taking money out of my credit card without my consent bc I never signed up for any subscription, then I have to return the box without label at my own expense, is a ripoff and scam, I made a dispute with my credit card and they are under investigation I hope I can get my money back for the second time $47.00, and is not even good, it doesn’t smell at all, 🙈🥴

I would rate this company 0 stars if I could! This is a scam! Do not sign up for anything! I signed up about two months ago and have yet to receive any of the products. Terrible customer service. I’m have been promised 3 times a cancellation email and I have to receive that. I was charged over 150 and still waiting on a refund. They try to talk in circles to avoid the main reason you are calling! I repeat do not order anything from this company

This company is a rip off! I looked them up to order laundry pods. And that’s all I was looking for. I knew a lot about the company already and how nice all their products smell. So I ordered my pods and they threw in a couple of samples, of different scents. Two days later the pods show up everything‘s good. Then I get a phone call and they tell me that I won the machine that disperses the oils. He said you ordered on the Fourth of July and we were having a contest and you were the winner. Wow! That’s great! You think? Well, next thing you know I’ve been on the phone an hour. They’re gonna send my machine but I have to pay $149. The 149 is for maintenance or if something happens to the machine. New machine thought that was crazy but if that’s all I need to pay OK I’m good. So I paid the money. And he told me I would receive oils monthly. Long story short, I got something saying that my money was due. It was $129. They wanted me to choose my oils. And I told them I already had six oils from the first order. I told him there was no way I was gonna need that many oils. And could I just not get the oils now but order them when I need them. The guy said no ma’am you have to pay 129 per month. If you don’t need the oils, we’ll wait and give you whatever you’ve paid for after your subscription expires. And then it started! My subscription! What subscription? Long story short they had signed me up for a subscription that cost $129 per month. I told them no I can’t afford that and I don’t want it. She comes back and offers me the same deal for $80 a month. I told her no I can’t afford it. She came back and asked me again and again and again. I told her I will talk to my husband and I’ll get back with you but as far as I know, I don’t have that kind of money to spare each month. Several days later, they called me again and said we understand you want the $80 a month subscription and I said no sir I don’t want to have a subscription please cancel me. One thing led to another and I was on the phone forever again. I couldn’t understand them. There were too many people that were loud in the background. And I really don’t think I spoke to anybody that spoke good English. How frustrating.! He finally said that he would cancel my subscription, but that he would need to send me a return label. So that I could mail back the machine that I so called WON! So they lied from the beginning. I didn’t win a machine. I won! A headache!!! if they would’ve just left me alone with my laundry pods, I would’ve been fine. But no, they cost me hours of frustration. Be careful with this company. Matter of fact, avoid them. Unless you want a headache while hanging on the phone with someone you can’t understand. Very disappointing!

Very shady business practices! Their so called VIP program is a 3 year financed "loan". When I asked the rep specifically about why there was a percentage rate when I was going through the sign up she said don't worry about that. Now I'm still fighting trying to get my refund. The returns were received a week ago and still no refund. Stay away from this company!!

Aroma360 is the biggest ripoff of all time! I signed up for the monthly oil subscription and when their janky delivery company failed to deliver it to my door (they left it outside my building) they refused to send me a replacement via USPS. They charge you and outlandish amount of money and change delivery options every other month. When I received my oil via the mail or UPS, I had no issues. Most of the couriers that their bootleg delivery service (Veho) uses do not speak, read or understand English very well and therefore just drop the packages anywhere on the property and mark them as delivered. Additionally Aroma 360 has now changed the size of the ProPod oil subscription to a smaller amount yet the amount of the subscription price has not changed. I'm paying the same monthly amount for HALF the amount of oil that I previously received AND it doesn't even last the entire month.
