What a terrible experience I have had from this company please don't use them!! Ordered from them and only got one item in the box and I couldn't use it as not uk adaptor. I paid a lot for everything I told them that my oils and car air freshener was missing, they don't want to know and said it's nothing to do with them. How do they get away with treating customers like this. They make out they are a top of the range supplier of top rated goods, well that is not true at all. I will never use this company again. And I am also well out of pocket for nothing. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT USE THEM

I wish I could give zero stars. They charge your credit card after the subscription has been canceled months later and they don’t even ask for permission. They just go ahead and charge your card. Do not buy anything from them because it’s impossible to get anyone to cancel an order that was not even placed by you and they don’t even give a refund

The worst customer service I ever experienced. Had a man yelling in the background while the women could barely speak. Should be able to give zero stars

Fragrance Smells Nice, Staff in the Naples Store is great, hence the 2 stars. As for the rest - 0 stars. Customer service/VIP concierge SUCKS. I have been over charged $60 Each month and each month I have to call, get transferred around 4 times (at least) and spew the same information to 4 different people. I also have not received any "Gift Codes" for the $100 they said I would get. I have now been on hold 23 minutes so far, after being transferred 4 times. So Much for "VIP" Membership. $150 a month for three years. Don't make the same mistake.

Awful terrible customer service. Their whole "customer service" experience is based on getting you on the phone to try to rope you into a subscription or a complicated scent program. Some things you can do online, other things you can't which is how they get you trapped on the phone. After purchase service is just the WORST, especially considering the price of these units and the oils.

The diffuser I bought didn't have a smell to it and when I left a review on their website they deleted it. Complete scam

This company (Aroma360) needs to be exposed. I was sold a very expensive unit and started my monthly payments. They sent me a refurbished unit and I sent it back. I’m out over $500 as of now and all I have to show for it is couple bottles of oil. I refuse to pay anymore monthly subscription and now they have collections calling me daily to get my payment. I told them they are essentially criminals!! Charging for products and services they don’t provide. They honestly expect me to keep paying $150 monthly and not provide a working diffuser. I feel robbed! And now I feel threatened by them with these daily harassing phone calls telling me to pay or else.

I signed up for their VIP service under the impression that I could cancel within the 1-month free trial period. As soon as I tried to cancel, it became clear they would use every trick in the book to stop me. They made me call them over 10 times, gave inconsistent information, delayed the return label for 2 weeks (so they could push me past the 1-month mark), and kept sending me payment messages through UAS even after I canceled. It felt like a deliberate tactic to trap customers into long-term charges. I had to waste hours on calls and emails just to defend a clear and valid cancellation made within the trial period. It was incredibly frustrating. I was this close to filing complaints with BBB and consumer affairs. Whatever you do, do NOT sign up for Aroma360’s VIP service. It’s not worth the time, stress, or the risk of being stuck in a shady contract.
