The diffuser stopped working after only about three months of normal use, which I don't believe is a reasonable lifespan for the product. Instead of offering a repair, replacement, or any goodwill solution, I was simply told to buy a new one because it was out of warranty. The troubleshooting steps were very generic and did not address the fact that the product failed so quickly. The promotional sales offer at the end also felt inappropriate given that my issue had not been resolved. I expected better customer support for a product that failed after such a short time.

Great products but you can only hope to get their customer service to respond
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after being an Aroma360 customer since 2020, I feel people should know what to expect.
The products themselves are great. Unfortunately, the customer service is the complete opposite.
In less than a week, I sent three emails to support and submitted the same three issues through their online portal, for a total of six separate support requests. I received no response to any of them. My issues included receiving a damaged product, an order that was shipped after I requested it be canceled the same day, and ongoing technical problems with their website, app, and rewards program.
The rewards system has been especially frustrating. I’ve redeemed points for dollar-off rewards, only to receive errors when trying to use them. Their rewards page has repeatedly returned 404 errors, and the restrictions on rewards aren’t clearly disclosed where customers redeem them. I actually had to use AI to track down the hidden limitations because the information wasn’t presented where it should have been.
I also oversee large multifamily apartment communities and have used Aroma360 in commercial settings. My teams have experienced many of the same support issues, and some have stopped using Aroma360 altogether because getting help is nearly impossible.
If Aroma360 invested as much effort into supporting its customers as it does into marketing its products, this would be a five-star company. Instead, it’s been one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

I would strongly caution anyone…
I would strongly caution anyone considering an Aroma360 subscription.
Over the past couple of years, my experience has been consistently disappointing.
* I purchased four MiniPro diffusers, and every one of them stopped working after only a few months. Aroma360 replaced two of them, but the replacements also failed.
* The car diffuser never worked at all from the day I received it.
* Approximately 50% of the replacement fragrance bottles for the MiniPro leaked during shipping, and many arrived only half full—or even less.
* I have a confirmation email showing that I canceled my subscription in January 2025, yet Aroma360 continued charging me through June 2026.
* After I instructed my bank to block all charges from Aroma360, the company began processing the charges through UAS instead, allowing the charges to continue despite my efforts to stop them.
* Customer service is extremely frustrating. Emails are rarely answered, and when they are, the responses are usually generic boilerplate that doesn’t address the actual issue.
* Customer service repeatedly tells you to cancel through your online portal, but there is no cancellation option available in the portal, making it virtually impossible to cancel as instructed.
* I also purchased one of their whole-home diffusers, and it never came close to covering the square footage Aroma360 claimed it would.
Overall, the products have been unreliable, the customer service has been poor, the subscription has been extraordinarily difficult to cancel, and I continued to be billed long after receiving written confirmation that my subscription had been canceled.
In my opinion, this has been the worst subscription service I have ever dealt with, and I cannot recommend Aroma360 based on my experience.

Absolute scam and deceptive commercial…
Absolute scam and deceptive commercial practices!
They lure you in with a 'Free Diffuser' promo claiming a 3-month commitment. After fully paying for May, June, and July, I went to cancel. Their system forced an illegal $57.95 early termination fee anyway. When I contacted support, the agents lied to me, contradicted their own platform, and tried to force me to reactivate my subscription just to get a refund. Completely predatory customer service. I have already disputed the charge with my bank and filed a formal complaint with the FDACS. Avoid at all costs!

I have been a long time customer and I…
I have been a long time customer and I have had enough of being taken advantage of. They suck you in and you’re on this major and expensive plan where you pay for and receive more fragrance than you could use until the end of time. Now they have decided to send a different fragrance because they’re out of mine. I DO NOT like any of their fragrances except escapade and I s impossible to talk to a real person to fix it. If I ever get off of this roller coaster ride of being taken advantage of I will NEVER deal with aroma 360 again.

I am filing this complaint due to deceptive sales practices, inaccurate financing application, and their failure to provide a product that be installed and used as represented.
I am filing this complaint due to deceptive sales practices, an inaccurate financing application, and Aroma360's failure to provide a product that can be installed and used as represented.
During the financing process, the representative completed the application while I was on the phone. I was not given an opportunity to review it before signing. Although I accurately provided my income, I later discovered the application listed my monthly income as approximately $14,000, which is substantially inaccurate. I was pressured to sign immediately and told I would lose the pricing if I delayed.
After delivery of my Museum360, I contacted multiple HVAC contractors, all of whom advised that installing the unit would void my HVAC manufacturer's warranty. As a result, the product cannot be used as intended.
I immediately contacted the Concierge team for help finding an installer, but they never provided a meaningful solution. For months, I sent emails and repeatedly called, often sitting on hold for more than 30 minutes without reaching anyone.
On May 11, 2026, I requested a final resolution: cancel the agreement and allow me to return the unit. After nearly 60 days and multiple follow-ups, a manager called and offered to replace my Museum360 with a VanGogh 360 and two smaller standalone units that do not require HVAC installation. I finally believed the issue was resolved. Less than 24 hours later, I was informed that management had denied the very solution their manager proposed.
I am now expected to continue paying thousands of dollars for a product that cannot be installed or used as represented, despite making every reasonable effort to resolve this matter directly.
I believe consumers deserve accurate financing documents, truthful sales representations, and products that can actually be used as intended.
After exhausting every reasonable attempt to resolve this matter directly with Aroma360, I was left with no choice but to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau and consumer protection agencies. I am also consulting an attorney regarding my legal rights. I strongly encourage anyone considering a purchase to do thorough research before moving forward.
