If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a complete waste of money and time. Do not fall for their deceptive subscription traps. When they pitch their services to you, they will claim it is only a 30-day commitment, but getting out of it is an entirely different, heavily manipulated story. I originally tried to make their system work for my space, even going so far as to downscale my contract to their smaller, localized ambient diffusers because the high-capacity machines produced a fragrance intensity that was overwhelmingly heavy. I thought a smaller setup might improve the experience, but the real nightmare began when I finally decided I had enough and tried to cancel the service altogether. Instead of a standard, professional cancellation process, you are subjected to borderline harassment. The retention tactics are incredibly aggressive and relentless. It got to the point where I actually had to block the customer service agent I was speaking with just to get some peace and end the conversation. Unbelievably, this agent then took it upon himself to bypass the block and call me directly from his own *personal* mobile phone to continue harassing me about keeping the subscription! It is completely unprofessional, inappropriate, and invasive for a company representative to track down a customer on a personal line after being blocked. What should have been a simple, straightforward cancellation turned into a terribly stressful and unhinged experience. Save yourself the headache, the money, and your privacy. There are plenty of other ways to scent your home without being locked into a hostile subscription. DO NOT BUY THEIR SERVICE!

Tera at Naples Florida 360 has been a blessing to me. She is always there to answer a question, help me with my machines and anything else I need. It's nice to know your well taken care of with Tera... She's a true Blessing. Thank you

My diffuser leaked from the beginning, it is located in our 2nd home that is never used, after waiting over a month for "tech" to figure it out they never did and told me I needed to upgrade. I skipped a month of fragrance but got charged anyway, no refund or product. The solution was to upgrade me so I don't have product failures and take the small one to my other home...can't make this crap up!

If I could rate this company with a Minus 5 star I would!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!! Their customer service is horrendous!!! Their prices are ridiculous!!! We made the mistake of paying off in full less than 6 months after entering into the contract with them, I wish we had not, be I would be screaming from the mountain top to cancel our contract! This company is worthless!!!

⭐☆☆☆☆ I have been a paying customer of Aroma 360, and my recent experience with one of their sales representatives, Sebastian, was completely unacceptable. After specifically requesting to be placed on the company’s Do Not Call list, I was contacted anyway. Instead of respecting my request, Sebastian immediately launched into an aggressive sales pitch about how he could “save me money on my oil.” I politely explained that I wasn’t interested in a subscription, and his attitude changed instantly. His response was, “Fine, just keep buying it the way you’re buying it then,” before abruptly hanging up on me. As someone who works in sales myself, I understand that hearing “no” is simply part of the job. What isn’t acceptable is responding with sarcasm, disrespect, and hanging up on a paying customer because they declined your offer. Aroma 360 needs to do a much better job training its sales team on professionalism and customer service. Calling customers after they’ve requested to be placed on the Do Not Call list is bad enough, but treating loyal customers this way is even worse. Very disappointing experience.

Luxury nothing. VIP nothing. It is ALL lip service & nothing but well built marketing. Company has horrible customer service, they advise you to jump through hoops to prove you did not receive products you've paid for. They'll refuse to submit a claim with Fedex to be reimbursed for their misssing packages. I don't care how good a scent might be, NONE of the products this company provides are worth it. I placed an order, was supposed to be cancelled & upgrqded to a different difuser. Instead, they sent the first order, it was inoperable during first attempted use. Customer service never followed through second order "supposedly" delivered but even fedex stated they just need to file a claim as they dont have proof of delivery. Ive azsked MULTIPLE times on phone calls (ovedr hour-2 hours long) as well as in multiple e-mails foor them to stop billing my card for a subscription their app reguses to let me cancel, as oits for somethign i never received. They use manipulative business practices, company is deceitful and sketchy. Go buy your scents from bath & body works and save yourself the headache. I have been trying to get my concerns addressed/resolved for 2 months now. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. As another user expressed "The entire process was fragmented across multiple support reps with no ownership or accountability." i could not agree more. They advise you to call shipping, then advise a police report, they have to file the fedex claims but refuse to do so. they will nto answer about how to stop the recurring billing that you are unable to, they will not answer about how to get refunded for merchandise that isn't received. They do not care to resolve poils that come leaking, or anything for that matter. SH*TBAG customer service & accountability. This is nothing but a top notch "scam"

This company is an absolute scam! They lost our first order and opened up a new subscription. After mo this of fighting with them we FINALLY got the the subscription canceled. They so far have refused to refund the 517.00 dollars they took. We’re a small church and they should be ashamed of how they’ve stolen money from us.

There is no customer service. Been on hold for almost one hour and still on hold.
