I feel so stupid by not researching this company. They called me while I was busy and talked me into a 36 month contract which I would receive my Diffuser for free and I would pay 129.95 per month for discounted 500 ml scent bottles. After doing some research I found that I could buy the scent cheaper and still save money if I bought the Diffuser myself. I contacted the company but no one would anser the phone or call me back. I finally contacted Uportal360 and complained and they removed my account and removed my credit card. Buyers beware don't buy this product it is a total scam. The US government needs to step in and shut this company down.

Horrible customer service! No existing…..Do Not Buy!!!!!

First of all, their customer service is terrible. You cannot not get ahold of anybody even when you schedule a call back. I have a Vangogh and a mini. The Vangogh is hard to figure out and keeps disconnecting from wifi. As for the mini, in less than a year it started to make a loud hum, I was sent a new one that started making the same noise again. I am getting it replaced, however the representative advised me that it will be the last time they replace it. How is their product breaking my fault? I will never buy or recommend it to anyone

I got the Van Gogh model, confusing set up which did not work properly? Their # 1 scent was awful!! way too strong! It made me nauseated!! Their so called "Paris Collection" scent was horrible as well! I'm sending it all back! I didn't even have it for 2 days! Hard to get a live person as well!! Horrible experience!

So so so happy I came here and the BBB before hitting the order button thank you all so very much… I will not be ordering after all

I bought the davenci model it doesn’t even sent my bedroom it’s noisy and cannot smell the sent I get better smell from the 15$ Amazon diffuser do not buy total waste

I had heard good things about Aroma360 but wasn’t familiar with the products. My saleswoman, Suzy, was very knowledgeable and recommended systems for both my home and office. I am very happy with both. Thank you Suzy!!
