I bought two Aroma 360 minis and have been pleased with the results . I love the My Way scent and had the 30 ml that came with the diffuser .. so for my recurring order I placed an order for a 500 ml thinking that this would last me months and use it for both diffusers … when I opened the bottle there was no scent of the My Way , it has a very faint floral note to it .. Nevertheless I tried to contact them for the next steps … I want to return this product and get what I paid for … still waiting for response …

BE WARNED. If you purchase from them, a) you will be automatically signed up for a subscription and b) prepare to be BOMBARDED by emails and texts! I unsubscribed but I'll never understand how a company thinks three emails a day would make me WANT to purchase from them. Lastly, the scent lasted two weeks. That's it. On the lowest setting. It's unfortunate - I tried Pura first and thought this would be different...it's not. Nothing lasts more than 2 weeks and it's alot of money for what Bath and Body Works does for 1/4 of the price.

DO NOT BUY!!!! this product sucks, DO NOT BUY. for many reasons. 1. installation instructions are vague, and no help. 2. Set on military time and product still never works. 3. No test mode.. To make sure it works or to spray on demand.

Customer service is terrible

I purchased 2 Aroma360 diffusers. They are awful and have never worked. Do not waste your money I promise! Obviously with all of these reviews it’s proof. I can’t believe they are in business. I’m super sad and wish that they would have worked.

Why do you need to sign a contract and why do you need to have WiFi to bring scent into your home? Did you ever think about a candle or incense. Such a turn off. Thank God I looked into this scam before purchased!!!!

Spoke to Simon almost 4 weeks ago, he told me there was a buy one get one free promotion I just have to buy one bottle of oil every 30 days, and I would only pay 1/2 price for the machine I was paying for (Museum & VanGough). Simon said I would recieve my machines and 8 samples of oil within about 7 days. Recieved an open box with one machine, no oils. Tried calling Simon back on his cell number he gave me and never able to get him even after msgs and texts. Tried cust service and they scheduled a call back to me 3 days later, never got a call from them. Ordered oil myself to try on my one machine since i didn’t get any samples and I received the wrong oil scent. After reading these reviews I think i’m just going to send back the one machine I did get, and the oil I bought. Sad that a company can do this to so many people and get away with it.

I purchased a mini360 Lt, at first I thought the fragrance was weak as you could not smell it from the unit but,but, found that it is the pipet( the tube that connects to the unit to draw in the fragrance liquid )will not stay attached to the unit as when it turns on,it vibrates and the pipes instantly disconnects and just sits in the bottom of the fragrance bottle,it will continueto run for absolutelyno reason, I have had the unit for months and my 1st bottle of fragrance is still completely full because the pipet instantly falls off when you put it back together, I have reached out to customer service. Now I have to take pictures to submit and make an appointment to speak with one of their specialists? If I had that kind of time, I would be home to light candles ( at least I know those work) disgusted with the unit and the customer service .save your money.....
