Guys... What a joke of a company. They sent me 2 large diffusers and all was great for a month then we started getting sick,. Went to the doctor and after lots of tests it was determined the oils they used are totally fake and dangerous. After presenting this and after lots of emails and calls I was able to have them let me ship back. Now they have all of my machines, medical letters but just called me after 3 months saying it wasnt cancelled and my account was still open. But I have nothing! Furthermore... They have blocked my number from their system as it says call failed when I try. They asked me to call them in an email to resolve the matter. This is the biggest scam and its dangerous.

I purchased a VERY EXPENSIVE whole house system and received ALL the help and promises when attempting to purchase but after multiple days and numerous attempts to get a call back now that I have the product, I can't get any support. I have recieved over 20 solicitations from the company but can't get support with he install. I was promised the install was extremely simple and it has been anything but. Now I can't get a call back.

I bought the Mini360 and two bottles of My Way in January 2023. The Mini360 did not work from day one. They NEVER answer the phone. They use email only. I asked to return all three items but they would not accept the open bottle of My Way. I emailed back and said the only way I would know the Mini360 was defective was by opening and installing the fragrance. I sent all three and they CHARGED me 20.00 to return a defective device. They shorted me 100.00 on my refund! They also signed me up for a subscription I did not sign. Predatory practices, slick ads on TV and social media are more then likely bringing in many customers. I hope they read these reviews!

I do not think this fraudulent company can turn a wrong into a right. I was advised to deny my delivery by this company. Now cannot get anyone to respond for my refund.

This is the worst company a complete scam and fraudulent business practices. I have reported them to the Florida consumer protection agency. Anyone else roped into their “free” diffuser with extended warranty and then find out you’re being charged interest and the company is trying to tell you that you are not. The third party billing company even said they get multiple calls a day for same issue. I have had to return machines that do not work then they are still charging me for oil that I have to get refunded monthly.

Yes the scent line is pricey, but worth it. They offer constant discounts if you are on budget. Ive had an excellent customer service experience since day one (they’ve shipped me a replacement device and offered new scent recommendations). I would recommend to anyone.

I bought my Aroma360 and l paid 299.99for the diffuser.my diffuser was working and then it stop l called the warehouse in Florida and the sent me another it was broke never got to use it . I called them they told me to sent the first one back and the would send third one out. They did it worked for about a week or 2 and it stopped working they told me to send them back and k ask for a refund for the first one l just didn’t want to got through another one. So now it’s been 4 weeks they want talk to me they want refund my money! They keep saying in a message send your order back and l have. Iam at the point of crying now!! They want give my $299.99 back and the are ignoring me. Buyers be ware of the customer service it’s not there yo help you if you ask for your money back. Iam so upset at this company now lam going to write a letter to corporate to find out why they are treating me with no respect!! It’s bad when they want honor their product at all.Aroma360 why are you not honoring your name?? Please help ? I’ve done everything l know to do! Unsatisfied customer!! A crying elder lady

Don’t be fooled by all the paid for ads. I bought the mini 360 and it never worked right. The smells for my way and beach house are better described as water with a drop of scent. This company is 100% SCAM!!
