The game freezes all the time
The game freezes all the time. A pop-up Verizon ad on the bottom of the page blocks letters and when I try to close it by clicking the X , it opens their ad and then freezes the game. This seems like a scam and/ or possible virus waiting to happen. All my NYT games work fine.

Hi Melody! We’re sorry for the trouble! It sounds like the Verizon ad is causing issues, and we’re actively looking into this. Ads shouldn’t affect gameplay like this, and we’ll work with our ad partners to resolve it. Thanks for letting us know, and we appreciate your patience as we address this!

Don't Waste Your Time
This game is pretty much worthless. I can't even play it because the screen freezes before it even gives me a chance to do anything. I do not have this problem with any other websites so I know it's not my phone that is the problem.

Ad streaming
The ads are understandable but they stream off and on for two to three minutes, stopping and starting several times and getting stuck. It's supposed to be a 30 second ad. Adobe and Disney Plus are the worst I really don't want to use the games because of it.

Hi Convenient! Thank you for sharing your feedback! We're sorry to hear about the ad interruptions. Ads should run smoothly and stay within the expected time frame. We'll investigate this issue with our ad partners, including Adobe and Disney Plus, to improve your experience. We appreciate your patience!

Unexpected prompt response and solution!
I was having a problem with the AARP version of Word Wipe, my favorite word game, and I couldn't reach anyone at AARP to help me out. So I contacted Arkadium directly, hoping that someone there could help me. I promptly received an email by Rodrigo, who I remember froma previous contact, who told me that the problem should be solved now, and what to try if it still didn't work. I didn't even have to try it, because the game was working again! These days, you are lucky to get any response from a customer service rep, especially a prompt response!

Your feedback really encourages us to keep up the great work—thanks again for reaching out and sharing your experience!

Every game is rigged and reviews here…
Every game is rigged and reviews here are fake. No game has a "might not be solveable" warning and since they are an ad company the more people play a game the more ads served. Their customer service is useless never making a single change in code, never believing you...they are mandated to lie and say games are not rigged. Play in real life shuffling 7 times and you will get a much, much better win pct on card games.

Hi Marc! Thank you for sharing your feedback. We genuinely understand your concerns, and we’d like to clarify a few points to address them. Our games are designed to be fair and enjoyable, and while some may be challenging, they aren’t rigged. We also strive to keep ads at a manageable level, as they support the free access to our games. As for customer service, we’re always here to listen and relay feedback to improve your experience. Your thoughts are invaluable, so if there's anything specific you'd like us to address, please reach out to us - [email protected].
