It's only an internet game but great service
It's only an internet game, so, nothing too serious!! But, highlighted to the tech team, that their ' poker tournament's game had a problem. Got a personal reply and attendance to the issue! First class. Wish some of the major utility companies employed the same customer service standards

Games on Arkadium
I enjoy playing many games on Arkadium, some on a daily basis. Through the years I have contacted the support group to notify them of various issues I have encountered. They are always so friendly, professional and prompt with their responses. Every company should provide this level of service.

Arkadium is always quick to help.
Their quick response time and their patience with my frustrations. I contact them quite often which turns out most times not to be a problem with Arkadium but with AARP but they are patient with walking through solutions.

Game loading issue resolved!
I was having an issue with Outspell...it just wouldn't load. So, I submitted a support request and got a quick response acknowledging the request and, in short order, the issue was resolved. I even got notification that the issue had been resolved. This is world class support - outstanding communication and rapid issue resolution. Great job!

Almost immediate response
Love playing games and one in particular, started to freeze or restart itself and not distribute points. Sent an email to arkadium and thought I would have to wait several days for an answer but I received an answer within hours of emailing them. After several emails going and trying different things and them also trying to find out what was going on, they finally came on a solution which allowed me to play the game again with results. This all took place for 2 days and I was thrilled at the interest they took with my plight and how fast they communicated with me. I am so thankful for their help and understanding.

Rodrigo is a fantastic Customer Service Rep
Rodrigo is one of the best customer service reps to ever help me, and not just w/Arkadium either! He understands that field reports from folks like me are vital for addressing whatever issues may arise. Not only was he friendly and knowledgable, Rodrigo was exceptionally open to my ZOO Boom criticism (clock/time issues), and he accepted my suggestions, too. Having played/had an account for several years now, Arkadium is one of the most trouble-free game sites I've played.

Arkadium Family Feud Game - awesome
I was playing a game of Family Feud. I watch the show constantly. I love the fact that Arkadium made a game on line to play. So much fun. The game is very simple and easy to play even if you are computer illiterate. I had a problem at first but it turned out to be my own pc not Arkadium but they responded to me immediately to see if they could help me. Awesome customer service. They are the best.
