I really should have checked these reviews ... After paying over £400 on 11th December and several calls to chase them up its Christmas Eve and the christmas present order hasn't even left Holland. Apparently they have to send parcels bound for Ireland via Holland, something that isn't advertised when you hand over the cash at point of order. Thanks Ariat you shower of incompetents

Boots are sub par but their service sucks I contacted them about a set of new Workhog 10001197 waterproof boots that I purchased. The lining in the left boot is coming out and I contacted Ariat and they have done nothing but give me the run around.

If I could give zero stars i would. im soo upset with the customer service. I placed an order on 11/26 and had to call to get an update on status. First call I was told it was "weird" how no shipping status had been made. she stated she would talk to supervisor and call me or email me back. waited 3 days and called again, Rep who answered was very rude and said i had to wait. she couldnt do anything. Next day comes 12/9 and i wake up to an email stating my order was canceled without letting me know anything. I dont know why my order was cancelled and i dont know why i was not aware or told anything. No email or call was made to me.

Do not buy from this company. I spent £130 on a pair of boots that when received, they were obviously not new/unworn. In returning, I had to drive an 8 mile round trip to the nearest DPD shop. The boots returned next day, but they do not refund for 10 days? Why not? What a joke. I'm reporting to my bank Avoid these scammers

I bought a pair of Ariat Sympatex boots which cost £275, they are lovely boots and very comfortable however it is a common problem that they crack and split where the toe bends after a short period of time, I know several people who have these boots and they had the same issue. I contacted Ariat to enquire about repairs as there is a lot of boot to be thrown away for just this issue, they replied and advised they don't do repairs. I have contacted them again to ask why and given the topics being raised to protect the planet that surely this is a service they ought consider? I am awaiting a response and shall update accordingly. The only response I have had 4 months later is to send me a link via email to see my review live and see the whole thread ...The link goes nowhere?? I am seeing so many bad reviews ... It appears this company doesn't care!!

I've placed an order by mistake by the website, and I immediately tried to contact them to cancel it. Next morning I've been advised THEY DO NOT CANCEL ORDERS in spite of it not being shipped yet next day. I've ben offered to wait for the order (at the moment still waiting for shipment), then process the return and eventually process the refund. This is an absolute non-sense to get your money.

Ariat paddock boots. First pair leaked immediately. Replacement ditto but now sealed with a tent seam filler. Given up on replacements. Tan staining of leather rubbed off the toes first walk through the paddock so busy with renovating polish daily. Leather really thin and plastic like. Not what I expected.

After purchasing two pairs of riding boots I found that the zips just didn’t stay up. I contacted Ariat for help in resolving the matter or at least a bit of advice. After establishing that is was not anything I had done wrong - they suggested wrong fit etc (I had them fitted by a stockist) they just stop communicating. So chased them up about the matter and they are just ignoring my emails. Emails had got through and had had replies until they knew it wasn’t my fault. Still awaiting a reply…
