Hideous company. I saved for ages to buy some of their wellies. Finally had enough in February. My horse was on box rest so I haven’t actually worn them and left them packed away. Got them out last week and all the upper rubber had perished and cracked so unusable!!! I contacted ariat but it turns out their “12 month guarantee” is only valid with a small number of stockists and they couldn’t have cared less that I spent nearly £100 on wellies that I’ll never even get to wear. Just like Hunter have gone they’re also substandard fashion rubbish that doesn’t last. Please save your money and buy from a decent company that values its customers and produces stock of a reasonable quality because ariat fails spectacularly on both counts!

Very poor quality Bought some Ariat Windermere boots. These lasted 6 months!!!. The inner lining of one boot completely ripped meaning my foot was stuck inside due to the long boot. Also rubber wore thin on both boots People buy this for the brand however they are not practical in any way and I would recommend anyone to shop else where

Canceled my order but forgot to even email me about it. I emailed asking for a ship date and was told they canceled it. After complaining to them, they finally canceled me order. Terrible customer support

I have had three pairs of Ariat boots,none lasted 6 months.Got a pair of Durango's,and they are going on 6 years now.Ariats,are the sorrest boots made,will never buy a pair of artists.You need to use better thread when you sew your boots,because the thread your useing now goes to crapp in six months. Poor quality.Also have HH brand that is 4 years old,still going strong,but Ariat,they do not last 6 months,sorry,sorry, boots.Everyone should quit selling these sorry made boots,and buy American made boots,that are sewed with quality threads,not thread that rots in 6 months!!

Ariat Radcot Womens Navey Wellies I am on my second pair of these as the first pair, the top layer of the rubber on the front of the wellies deteriorated and peeled off. These were exchanged, but now the second pair are starting to show signs of this deterioration again and I have only owned them for 4 months. Lovely they do half sizes and very comfortable, but I've never had this problem with any other makes of expensive wellies.

Bought a pair of ladies Burford Boots at Christmas, £150, beginning of April and the rubber is already splitting on both boots. It is not what you expect for an expensive pair of wellies, they’ve only been used to walk the dog.

I bought a pair of knee high Ariat boots, looked after them properly and just out of the measly one year warranty, they are leaking. Both boots at the toe. End up with soaking wet socks every rainy walk. For £185, this is shockingly poor quality so I will never waste my money on Ariat products again.

Ordered a pair of boots from Ariat uk. Arrived before time and they are great. Following some of the brexit disruption a great service. We will be changing how we shop for sure. Plus one very happy wife . Thanks Ariat
