Oh dear! Rolls Royce pretensions but actually a Lada in disguise. Bought a pair of men's Burford boots just over a year ago. They're only used occasionally, weekends mostly. The rubber outer has already split and perished and the boots leak. I expected better for over £100 and especially from Ariat. Very poor indeed.

Can not reach anyone by phone, email, or via website to follow up on recent order. Absolutely no customer service. Not sure if my order is going to be processed, delivered, all I know is they received payment. Won't order from the ariat.com site again.

My new Ariat insulated burford wellies are leaking from new. Took them to the tack Shop I brought them from and they water tested them (stuck them in a bucket) and because they didn’t show signs of leaking they will not change them. Sticking them in a bucket still isn’t exactly testing them as when your walking it clearly puts pressure through the boot. 🤷‍♀️ Never buy them as even though Ariat are a good brand they have failed us. Can't now use a brand new £150 welly.

If I could rate zero, I would. My son’s boots were never delivered, I cannot get through to an actual person in customer service, even after over a 1/2 hour on hold, and my call either gets dropped or dumped into a generic voicemail. I ALWAYS leave my name, phone number, order number and the complaint and then repeat the important contact information. I’ve also filled out one of their contact forms and emailed their order department, for over a week and have heard absolutely NOTHING back. I’ve heard great things about these boots but this terrible lack of customer service them not worth the money I already paid for the product never received.

My boots leak at the seams and are less than 18 months old. I have cheaper boots that are much older and still going strong. The boots were £185. Ariat are taking no responsibility for their poor quality, expensive products. I have even shown them examples of other customer complaints about the same fault. Spend your money with other brands. This one is arrogant and too big for it’s boots. Waste of money. I will never buy from them again.

I HAVE CALLED MORE THAN 10 TIMES AND IM ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN 1 HOUR AND THEN NO RESPONSE. Never ordering from Ariat every again and everyone else’s shouldn’t too. Worst customer service and products never arrive.

Poor customer service. I tried to order two days in a row in their UK shop. My credit card was rejected many times (but worked fine in other web shops). I asked for a bank account no for payment instead but was turned down in two emails and asked to contact a local reseller which there are none of in my country. Very disappointed with this and had to look for Xmas gifts elsewhere.

Some of their clothes are good. But trust they do not have customer service. Two pants grew holes in them in less than 3 washes. I wanted to get my money back or recieve another pair, but you cant get a hold of anyone.
