De producten bevallen maar heb voor mijn boekhouding de facturen nodig. Over gemaild, over gebeld, via de klantenservice gevraagd maar helaas geen reactie of facturen ontvangen. Zonde van mijn tijd om hier steeds achteraan te moeten

Last year I purchased a pair of Activator Work Boots that were, without question, the most comfortable work boots I’ve ever owned. I can spend long hours on my feet at the machine, and they performed exactly as I hoped. After about a month of use, however, the rear sole began coming unglued. For a $200 pair of boots, I didn’t feel that was reasonable, so I submitted a warranty request through your website but never received a response. While attending a work event in Las Vegas, I visited one of your retail stores and showed them the boots. The staff there were excellent—very helpful and apologetic—and they exchanged the boots for another model since they didn’t carry the Activators in stock. I appreciated their effort, but I ultimately ended up with a pair I didn’t really want. I’ve owned many pairs of your boots over the years and have never had an issue, which is why this experience stood out. I was hoping the warranty process could have been handled a bit differently. For what it’s worth, I did buy another pair of Activators afterward, and they’ve been great with no problems.

Een mooi paar boots besteld maar terug gestuurd omdat ik een ander paar mooier vond, maar deze waren ook mooi! Na een week of wat kreeg ik een bevestiging dat de return ontvangen was en dat het tot 14 werkdagen kon duren voor ik mijn geld terughad. Na 14 dagen had ik helaas nog niks ontvangen, waarop ik de klantenservice gemaild heb. Kreeg gelijk een automatische mail terug dat iemand contact zou opnemen. Na het lezen van een aantal trustpilot reviews was ik alleen wat bang dat het niet goed zou komen, waarop ik de klantenservice maar heb gebeld. Ze namen snel op en hoewel alleen in het Engels, was de klantenservice gelijk ermee bezig. Nog tijdens het bellen werd het bedrag overgemaakt, een bevestiging gemaild en uitvoerige en zeer vriendelijke excuses. Kennelijk gaat het met iDeal betalen niet altijd goed en blijft de refund soms hangen in het systeem, is het verhaal wat ik te horen kreeg. Enfin, ik ben best tevreden met hoe dit opgepakt werd, en heb mijn geld weer terug! Mocht je dit ook gebeuren dan raad ik aan om te bellen!

I purchased the ideal down jacket to replace my Hollister down jacket. My old jacket was given to me by my parents in 2008 and it was purchased from a thrift store. The jacket is now dry rotting and can no longer be zipped. The ariat jacket I purchased has much less down in it than my old jacket that has seen better days. Least wise to say, my new jacket is not warm like I thought it would be. The jacket looks nice and I had good customer sevice. However, I purchased it to have a warm jacket. So I'm not at all happy with it.

Got a pair of ariats for work. They are the comfiest boots I've ever worn and look great. Not the best waterproofing will hold up to medium rain after that water seeps through. Ive had mine for 18months and just had to get the sole glued and its basically a band aid id say id be lucky if i get another 6 months. I expected better for a $400 pair of boots at least 2 years.

Your Slim fit M5 and M7 jeans are by no means slim. All your jeans seem to be cut for short fat guys

Ariat paddock boots. First pair leaked immediately. Replacement ditto but now sealed with a tent seam filler. Given up on replacements. Tan staining of leather rubbed off the toes first walk through the paddock so busy with renovating polish daily. Leather really thin and plastic like. Not what I expected.
