Ordered shoes online on January 29. Looking for confirmation and ship date and recieved no email from Ariat. Called customer service twice to find info on my order. Their response is 6 to 14 days to process. Then 7 to 10 day shipping. Then later, got a call from Ariat corporate rep and she helped me with the order and it’s shipment. Thank you

I recently ordered a pair of ankle women’s equestrian black boots. They were of excellent quality when they arrived and fit perfectly. They are extremely comfortable and I look forward to wearing them the next time I go horse riding!

Reviewed a dirty pair of brand new jodhpurs at a hefty postage cost. After 6 emails they are allowing me to return the item (only received it last week) for a 10% off future purchases. Well thanks! No mention of the hassle of posting it abs wasting my delivery money. No way would I order from them again. Premium prices with insulting customer service.

I Purchased the Rebar Wedge Chelsea Waterproof Boot back in December 2022 for my wife as a Christmas present. My wife works in a pottery studio and needs a good work boot as she has crushed her toes from stuff hitting her foot. She was so excited when her boots arrived and opened the box. Both boots were covered with heavy black tar or black grease spots and they were scuffed up with significant scratches. I emailed Ariat about our experience and with pictures. Not anyone from Ariat ever emailed me back or called me to let me know I am valued as a customer and that they provided a very poor purchase experience. After all these months, I am still disappointed Ariat could care less about sending us the dirty boots. Not gonna buy Ariat.

In 2019 heb ik laarzen gekocht van Ariat in een winkel dichtbij mij. Heel tevreden mee, maar na ruim 3 jaar was ik toe aan nieuwe. Eind december 2022 dezelfde laarzen besteld. Ik kende het model, dus passen hoefde niet en daarom direct op de site van Ariat Europa besteld. De bestelling was lang onderweg, ik dacht uit Engeland, maar volgens het verzendlabel kwamen ze uit Oldenzaal in een extreem grote doos. De ene laars was erg beschadigd, meerdere enorme krassen waar het leer echt beschadigd was. Ik de klantenservice mailen, kon ik een korting krijgen van 10%. Voor zwaar beschadigde laarzen van € 340,- zou ik dus € 34,- krijgen!! Of ik moest ze terugsturen, dus dat laatste gedaan. Heleboel gedoe voor niets! Ik bestel daar niet meer en bestel wanneer ik mijn geld terug heb, wel via een winkel.

Ordered a pair of ventek work boots in July received them in timely matter. However they have a great design but end of November noticed the soles already splitting apart from rest of the boot. Tried to contact Ariat threw 3 different emails with no response back. So as far as I stand now these are the last ones I purchase. I baught a pair from Mexico in 2021 and they lasted till I got these artists and still going. And they were a 1/3 of the cost. Just wish we could get our money's worth.

I don't know what is the matter with this company. These boots used to be quality stuff and I have owned many. The last two pairs of Langdales I bought were nowhere upto the usual standard. They are literally falling apart after 3 months of non intensive use. These are 220 euro country boots! Waterproof... not, glued not stitched. Bought through a reseller and filed a complaint.... utter silence since. This has been the last pair ever. I am sure that for that amount of money there are other options available.

We have had no problems with the boots But for what you charge for slippers I expect them to hold up for more than a week. Very unsatisfied!
